This is just the most wonderful little place! It's cozy and casual and everybody is friendly and makes you feel welcome, whether it's your first time or your 100th time! They serve the public in so many amazing ways.. I just love coming here ❤️❤️
The spinach & cheese hand pie was OK. They make them & freeze them. Mine came out hotish on top & cold on the bottom. It was reheated & was just OK. Not big on flavor & a bit greasy. Latte was decent.
This location is a hidden gem!
They also have Health Fairs for all ages on the first Friday of the month 9:30am-1:00pm.
Love Bridge in Tuesdays
Such a great place to grab a coffee or tea, and lovely choices for breakfast or lunch! And they are wonderful hosts for Dulcimer lessons and jam sessions!!
A favorite of the locals. Often live midday music in the modest cafe. Friendly atmosphere. Offering a small selection of local arts. Very pleasant outdoor patio seating. Just off the highway.
Excellent place to spend time enjpying the people and music. So much in Melrose hope it never changes.
Went to a sing along and the experience was awesome

We stopped here for lunch and ordered their hand pie (sweet potato) and the special: tomato soup/grilled cheese on focaccia bread. All of it was so good and tasty! In the pictures, the hand pie is folded. I opened it up to allow it to cool down. We also made a find on a locally roasted coffee in Gainesville. The Melrose Center was serving their coffee. It just so happen it was sold there. We purchased a pound of the Sweetwater dark roast Cafe Cubano French Roast. We made it at home the next morning. It was smooth and fantastic especially if you enjoy dark roast coffees without any bitter or aftertaste.

I had gone on a Saturday to listen to music. It’s a bright, modern atmosphere. They offer a variety of music styles. I heard an acoustic duo, Nicole &Neil, good song list… it’s a laid back vibe. The monthly calendar tells of upcoming events…. It really is a ‘community’ center Just a comfortable place and really good coffee! You can probably find out more about them on line

If every town had a gathering place like this, there would be a lot less loneliness. Even if you live in Gainesville or Ocala, it's not that far away and you won't be disappointed.
Make sure to check the events calendar first. The proprietor hosts many free health and wellness programs and services. Let's see. What else?
Excellent, healthy food and coffee shop. Live music. Dulcimer classes. Bridge club. Art gallery. Two gift shops with arty and unique items, frequently created by local artists and craft masters.
A writing group just started. Dine or take in a concert on the spacious outdoor patio. Maybe you'll want to start your own gig!
Basically, it's a gem of a place to hang out and meet friendly people. (I'm not an affiliate. I just go there a lot and love to spread the word.)
