Arby's has a unique little niche in the market with their roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and they've branched out to other menu items. Budd their buns are very soft and delicious, and the meat with the cheddar cheese on it is delicious and unique. The new GM Justin and his crew were very friendly and accommodating!! They also have good customer service skills, which isn't really seen anymore! Thanks, guys! I will go back now.
I just want to say thank you to whoever was working today, and the management. The service and food is always great, but today I mistakenly ordered food to pick up at another location, and they took care of it for me. They didn’t have to do that, so I figured I’d give you all a shout out since so many fast food places just don’t seem to care anymore. I’m happy to be your neighbor! Thank you.
