The Pretzel Twister

Best pretzels I’ve ever had. Auntie Anne’s, Wetzel’s, I love you all but you’ll have to step aside. Firstly, pretzel bites amazing, liked the fork included. Perfect amount of salt and butter. Pretzel the same way. Pretzel Dog BEST ever. No uncooked dough or anything. Had to wait ~10 minutes for it. Worth the wait, had to get another. I’m deducting key points because of 1. Location 2. Online vs. In-Store menu. I was going to get an Italian Pretzel + Pretzel Sticks, both of which were not sold here yet displayed on the website. It’s fine because I still got food it’s just a bit inconvenient.

These pretzels are so good. They are the best I've ever had. It only takes a few minutes to make them fresh, and the wait is worth it. Please support this business; my family will be devastated if they close. Park near the margarita island and walk straight into the mall for the closest access.

Our pretzel dogs were cold and we went back up there to let them know and we asked them if they could just heat them back up and the manager was so mad and throwing a fit in the background and instead of heating them up, he goes up to my daughter and says here’s your money back and walks

Decided to stop by after walking past and being mesmerized by the smell lol… they were quick to say hello and gave Me a moment to look at the menu choices. I ended up getting the salted pretzel bites with cheddar cheese (they also have nacho cheese). Sooooo delicious literally melts in Your mouth lol craving definitely satisfied ??❤️ also got a lemonade which was delicious as well thanks for the great experience!

These are warm, fresh, fluffy, and satisfying. The flavoring is balanced well with the bread--the garlic isn't too pungent, the cheese doesn't taste processed, and so on. Even the dipping sauces taste amazing!While the pretzels are the perfect serving size for one person, it's fun to split them (and the price) with a friend. They're pretzels are always hot, soft, and delicious. The only reason they aren't 5 stars is its a bit pricy for pretzels. But that doesn't stop me from going there every once in awhile.The staff is also very courteous and professional.

If they had a drive through store they'd be rich

This place is my absolute favorite. The pretzels and the lemonade are great. I've been coming here since I was a kid like 8 years old? And it was next to the doors by JCPENNEY I'm 23 now I still love it ? I also miss the crepe place they had sadly that place closed.

Best pretzel place around! Try the cinnamon pretzel dipped in nacho cheese (trust me).

Pretzels are excellent and you can watch them hand make them while you are waiting. They have a nice selection of drinks too.
