this boba spot is just fine, i do think that the service could be better. I am lactose intolerant and cant have dairy milk, but often times when i ask for dairy free milk they still give me dairy milk. The shop is well decorated, and has cute paintings. I do like the boba but i wish there was more options, they are often low on supplies for boba.

I am a Boba lover and was disappointed with this experience. The store itself is inside a mall. They offered Boba tea with a flavor menu. I was reviewing the menu and the store employee wasn't super helpful in guiding me through the menu. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea and was unimpressed. The drink wasn't blended with ice like a typical boba drink. Instead it was milk, flavor and ice. The drink I received was 75% ice. The Boba that was in my drink was very underwhelming and the flavor was off. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged an additional 50 cents for the boba! While 50 cents is a small charge, the store is a BOBA TEA store so I expect it to be included in every drinks price. I have a lot of favorite Boba places across America and this place isn't one.

? Cute Theme - Yummy Boba ?This place can get busy and backed up, so if you plan to get a boba tea, plan to wait around a little bit while it’s prepared.However, the tea itself is delicious. There are also a variety of Asian sweets, snacks, and drinks to choose from (like pocky!). There’s a cute corner of plushies and artwork on display, as well as the large teddy bear you have ever seen in your life!It’s located near Hot Topic, so if you’re an otaku looking for a treat to match all that sweet anime merchandise you just nabbed, but sure to check out Bunny Boba Tea!
It’s a shame . They really shouldn’t hire kids (teens) to work there. Girl with purple hair was super unfriendly. Seemed annoyed when I ordered 4 drinks like it was too much, she forgot the teddy bear toppings that we paid for, but I didn’t wanna bother because she seemed so miserable. Not just how she dressed and how she went about things but she was saying stuff under her breath because clearly she was overwhelmed being busy and in front of me too. She shouldn’t work there if she gets annoyed at her making multiple bobas for one order or if it overwhelms her. It’s her job. This isn’t the first time I dealt with a lazy teen there.

Got there at 630pm and the lady was already closing when we asked if she could make 1 more drink she stated she doesn’t get paid past 7 not very professional staff especially when they don’t close until 7pm

It’s 645 and at 630 I walked over and spoke with an employee who was already shutting down and said I don’t get paid to be here past 7. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was throughly excited to try this place and will not be back due to this experience. On the website it says 7 . Why is the employee closing a half hour before the close time

I really liked the drink I got! Also, the employees there were super helpful when I asked about their gluten and dairy free options (there were many)! Seriously, they were reading labels to check, and I really appreciate the effort and kindness!
