Outstanding service and food! Alana was our server. We always ask for her. Best server ever. Always has a kind word and a smile for us. We go out of our way to come to the Merritt Island restaurant.Vegetarian options: Love the salads, spinach and asparagus.Dietary restrictions: We try to avoid high carb items, so your menu is perfect for that.Parking: No issues, plenty of accessible parking options.

Hadn’t been to Carabbas in a while and must say it was the most delicious dinner I’ve had in a long time. Our server Victoria was out of this world friendly professional made great suggestions and by far the lemon cello bread pudding was indescribably delicious. I had the linguine Positano with shrimp, and it was covered with basil and my absolute favorite. Can’t wait to go back again.
