Reviewing this place from the standpoint of the hired musician. The staff here is amazing! So kind and ready to help with any and everything we need! They have prepared a beautiful space for us to perform. I had my friends show up for the show and they were all very impressed with the food, wine, and staff!

Based on the reviews, BALIBAR Wines & Grinds is a quaint spot in Merritt Island. It has a great patio seating and daily live music, making guests feel like they are in a friend's backyard. The vibe of the whole place is amazing, and it is great for a date night or larger event like a surprise birthday party. The wine selection is abundant, diverse, and great, and the service is often excellent and great. The food selection is amazing, and the Key Lime pie is highly recommended. During coffee bar hours, a son loved the creme brulee donut. One guest craved a London fog, which was made with loose leaf tea and cinnamon on top. Most times service is great, but occasionally not so good; one time servers walked by a table several times without stopping. Another time, during a transition period after the Cafe closed, a guest was initially ignored but was coaxed back by a staff member who offered to cover the ticket. A bartender named Manu was awesome and very knowledgeable about the wines.
