I love the people here! As a local business owner I know the importance of shopping local. This owner got a raw deal when they opened a store right outside the mall. I will go to this location every chance I get!

couldn't get my order right... tried twice and still didn't get so ate what I had and left. I passed up 2 KFC"s and 2 Popeyes to eat at your establishment... I like the nuggets and chicken sandwiches but if you can't get an order right I won't be back...

Got some fries and a coke zero. The coke was icecold and the fries were cooked to perfection. They even tossed in a Chick-fil-A sauce to dip my fries in and it was delicious

Tears of joy grips my heart knowing how hard I've struggled and depressed trying to fix my broken relationship, I never wanted to do this but l'Il be guilty if I don't share this good news , I'm forever grateful Dr. Pepoko . Chick-fil-A has without a doubt the best chicken sandwich around. I guess that's why there is one inside of the Merritt Square mall and one outside of the mall in the parking lot. I think there the only place around with waffle fries. The service is always pretty fast even with long lines and everyone is always very friendly.

It just doesn't seem to matter which location you go to, Florida is Florida and the employees are just too slow and too lazy and as a result, the fries are not crisp, sandwiches slightly soggy and they just always too mamy customers waiting to the side at all the locations I have been to in Florida. Georgia seems to be great but I'm always disappointed in Chick-fil-A's in Florida.The employees are just as nice in FL, They're just as friendly, just as polite, just as helpful but they just don't put any importance on the quality of the food or the speed at which they work and I'm always disappointed in the quality of my sandwich and fries when I go to Chick-fil-A's in Florida.Been going to the dwarf house forever and always stop at Chick-fil-A's when I go on trips but don't like the ones here at home.Viera Florida has two, Merritt Island, Palm Bay, Melbourne, Just cannot get as good a sandwich or fries as you can outside of Florida and I'm convinced it's because Floridians just don't care enough about quality or customer experience. Florida is an "it's not my fault" state rather than what can I do to help state.

This Chick-fil-A, located inside Merritt Square Mall, is just as efficient and friendly as the stand alone one located on the north side of the property. It’s only major flaw is…it’s located inside the mall. If you haven’t paid a visit to this mall recently it’s like all others: on proverbial life support. Over 50% of the units are vacant and very little foot traffic :(

Xylia and nate were so awesome taking our order! They were very helpful. I can't eat gluten and they informed me that they had a gluten free bun!! I tried to tip but I couldn't they said theu weren't allowed to accept it. So here is a review for being polite and helpful.

What a lovely place to have a meal. This restaurant is located on the south side of US 520 (East Merritt Island Causeway). It is a stand-alone building in front (north side) of the Merritt Island Mall. Since it is in the middle of the mall parking lot, there is a lot of parking around it. This chain traces its roots back to Hapeville, Georgia in 1946 and has since grown to over 2500 stores worldwide. This store is nicer than most I have visited. It has indoor and outdoor dining and a drive-through line. I have done the drive-through many times but decided to dine in this time. I am glad I did. The inside is very tastefully appointed with a mix of seating options for large or small groups from short to tall, from booths to short and long tables. The tables and floor all appeared clean and well-kept. You order at the counter and can pay with your app, card, or cash. The staff that took my order was very polite, professional, and friendly. The prices were reasonable. They gave me my drinks and a marker before I left the counter. I chose my seat and they brought my fresh food. It was hot and delicious. I had hash browns and a biscuit. Both were excellent. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a good meal in the area. Enjoy.

Friendly staff who were kind enough to provide our baby kangaroo with some fresh fruit. Very attentive to the needs of their customers, and super efficient, so much so that I can get my order 10x faster going to this location than I would waiting in the drive thru at the other.
