Waited in drive thru 20 min and once I recd my coffee it was made wrong! Donut holes where tough like they were a day old! This store has been poorly run for years and I’ll go back to give it another try and it still disappoints😔. You’re loosing business everyday.

This Dunkin’ location is fantastic and always great. The Merritt Island crew goes above and beyond with customer service. A wonderful lady at the drive thru greeted us and was extremely patient and nice. The lady checked me out quickly and ensure everything needed is there. They can order the holiday cookie drink with cinnamon on top and great coffee and the experience is always wonderful. The service is beyond and made a great time.
