Food was horrible. Coffee was cold, they said they can microwave it, really! Gave me a taco shell the smelled awful and old. Use to go there yrs ago food was great. Not anymore. Never again. Margarita was excellent. Fix your menu or you will go down hill quick. I was surprised to find the place empty on Saturday. Now I know why.

My meal had almost no flavor. I've tried this restaurant 3 times and it's always been disappointing. The first time, we waited 45 minutes for our meals and got the wrong meals. The second time I ordered a meal to go and still waited more than 30 minutes once I arrived. I'm never returning

They do not use the old-school way of making their chicken burritos and chicken quesadilla. It used to be so good the way they did it for years but now it’s just hard chicken. And I do not speak for myself, but all the locals want El Tucan to go back to the way it used to be.
