The staff is incredibly friendly. I have never met a staff member that was not cheerful and polite. The coffee is absolutely delicious. The mocha banana smoothie is to die for! ? Whenever I am at Merritt Island mall I get a beverage from Island Coffee and Smoothies. Their coffee is a real treat especially when you need a pick me up. Thank you for this hidden gem!

Pretty bad. I ordered a large hot coffee with oat milk and a slice of lemon cake. The employee was kind and the service was quick. My coffee was ice cold and tasted very old. It was not fresh at all. The employee said she would heat up my coffee. I asked how? In a microwave? The employee said no I can steam it. I declined and said it is ok. I will just enjoy my lemon cake slice. Just try to have a pot fairly fresh or offer to brew a new pot/cup. The employee was nice and kind but never offered a refund and the end product was terrible. I have read a few more reviews on Yelp and Google and needed to add to my review. It appears the owner does not ever give refunds, so the employee most likely felt she could not offer me a refund without getting some sort of punishment from the owner. The owner of this company also does not respond to any reviews good or bad. That's a sign he/she does not care about their product. I did my part and paid for 100% of your goods/services. I did not make the mistake in the transaction - your company did and you should properly correct your mistake.

The location was super cute and the atmosphere was very homey and welcoming. I almost felt like I was having coffee at a neighbor’s house in all honesty. Specifically, the barista Chelsea was super sweet and made my experience that much better. All in all, I plan on coming back here as many times as possible!

I absolutely love this coffee shop!! They are constantly changing up their menu to add new options and baristas are super helpful. They are timely when making your drink and it always taste good! The only bad part about this shop is I want to give them all my money because their coffee and smoothies are so good!

The best coffee and service. I have been to “popular coffee shops” they taste burnt & are expensive. This coffee tastes great, reasonably priced and friendly staff. They opened earlier than posted, they are in a mall that has their hours posted incorrectly. They have so many options as well. ????

If I could give it a 0 I would. My elder aunt bought 4 bananas for $4.00, cashier took money, we looked at them they were over ripe and a couple opened on ends. We told her about it and she said that was all she had. So we asked her for the $ back, the bananas had not moved from the counter .... she said no refund. Exchange ? no exchange... beside she said she only had over ripe bananas. AND then we had to ask for a bag so we didnt have to carry these over ripe items around. Granted they prob had these for smoothies but why sell them to an elderly lady without telling her ......
