be wary, 4 of my coworkers went to lunch today, first the iced tea tasted dirty, server said you are the 3rd person to say that i should taste it she said. When we all got back from lunch, one coworker noticed he was charged twice, coincidence for 1 of us, but no, another coworker was double charged also. Called and she said it was a rewards thing! This Burger joint is top notch! So refreshing to crave a burger, ride up to this place and NOT be disappointed! I am a chaser of burgers, and I guess I won't be chasing for a while!!! Thank you for taking pride in your burgers and your establishment!
We were looking for a quick place to eat but not fast food or common places. Looked up surrounding lunch locations after our errands and Rich’s came up with raving reviews. Tiffany greeted us and seated us. She was waiting on all the customers but always checked in with us. The burgers were delicious and the fries on point. Great burger spot
