Great food, served by the friendliest woman to grace an ordering counter.Unfortunately, I went there the day before they were closing for a 2 week vacation. I ended up throwing everything away. It was cold or very greasy - not at all their typical food.Since then we’ve ordered from there again and the food was back to its typical goodness.
I stopped by Chin Lin a very small modest Mamasan and Papasan Chinese/Taiwanese take out place in Merritt Island. Ordered the crispy tangy beef, fried rice, and beef and scallion dumplings. Was told food would be ready in 20 mins, which indicates to me that food is cooked to order, and I was right because food was super hot. Service was good, Crispy beef and rice was good, but was not a fan of the dumplings, they were gluey although very meaty inside. Overall not bad for Merritt...read full review
