I grew up by the mall in the 90s. Always loved sbarros. Now I work nearby and stop by often for lunch. Still just as delicious as I remember.. very much a nostalgic comfort food for me. John is always in a good mood, it's nearly infectious, and his good vibes pour into the tasty pies.

I've been a patron since the 80's. In fact, I believe a long time employee now owns the place as an adult. The service is top notch and the food is excellent. Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before seeing a movie next door. They don't just have pizza either (Stromboli and Pasta) and the bread sticks are a must have. Everytime I go to the Merritt Square Mall, I grab a slice of the "White Pizza" (actually a ranch style pizza) and some breadsticks. All the employees are courteous and will reccommend food if you are overwhelmed with choices. It is located in the Food Court next to probably one of the original Chick Fil A's in the state, but I ALWAYS choose Sbarro's.

Great pizza!!! Took a whole pie to go, went across the street to VA park with the kids. Got one of every juice they had. Also got a spaghetti to go....food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend, a local favorite. I am excited to try the white ranch pizza next time also.

This establishment is in a mall food court but don't let that deter you. It's one of the only options available for food that's open in the mall. They offer pizza by the slice or made-to order. We got two slices of pizza and they were hot in a few minutes. The quality was good and we enjoyed our pizza. The employee, John was friendly and that made our experience better.

It was nice to find a Sbarro's when traveling. You know what you are getting. Not high end Italian but a good mean at a good price in the mall. The staff was great and very helpful. They cut the Stromboli up in squares and that makes it easy to eat with a fork. Dip it in marinara sauce and have a meatball on the side.

As someone who has visited Sbarro at Merritt Square mall frequently over the years, I can confidently say that they consistently deliver on quality and freshness when it comes to their pizza. But what really sets Sbarro apart for me is the staff. Every time I visit, I am greeted warmly and treated like a valued customer. In fact, I've gotten to know the owner personally over the years, and I can say with certainty that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his restaurant. His passion for good food and hospitality shines through. I will continue to return for my extra crispy slice of cheese and a side of friendly service!
