Fantastic service, yummy food and super friendly staff
I left very disappointed. The food itself is absolutely terrible, drinks were not mixed well. The food is most likely not this locations fault but the company itself. But I will say for being the only car in the ports I was very disappointed in the service. Forgetting sauces, and items ordered. I understand accidents happen but having to hassle for a dipping sauce was very frustrating. I sadly will not be back, I had hoped Sonic had gotten better since I last ate here was years ago, but it just got worse.

Most visits the drive through is lacking. Either no one answers or they take a long time to. Food is good. Service is not so much. Been this way a long while.

I'm not one to bash or anything but I recently started going to Sonic and I started using the App for my orders.
The first time I ordered I got the window they didn't even know my order name and when I did get it the order wrong. I had someone elses order. The day I tried it again, I waited and when I got my order order I was missing one of the items. I asked and was told that was I had I ordered which was true but a missing item and she walked away. A young man came out of the doors and brought me the item which was missing. All was good. However, I will try again at another time.

Not a greatest food. Sandwich and fries barely warm and tasted id they had been precooked and sitting for a while. The server at the curbside was very polite and expedient.

For, what seems to be, minimum support, they do a good job at handling high capacity when busy. Food is good too. Wife loves their mozzarella sticks.

11:30 pull at to stall 12, it doesn’t work and I guess as a customer I’m supposed to know that. So then I pull to another and specifically ask for ketchup and napkins. We didn’t get either. As the girl goes to walk away I told her and she looked back and kept walking. Then I went to the window for ketchup and napkins and the girl was just plain rude and had such a bad attitude. My daughter bit into her hotdog and it was greenish color just plain out disgusting!! Customer service should be first, insuring napkins and ketchup is common sense and if a stall is down it should be labeled as such!

Went to this Sonic today and had a really disappointing experience. One of the employees brought out one of our drinks and said they didn’t have the syrup for the other one—but wouldn’t say which drink that was, even when we politely asked for clarification. Instead, they just repeated “the other one” multiple times, getting louder and clearly annoyed, without ever actually answering the question. We weren’t trying to be difficult—we just wanted to know which drink they were talking about. On top of that, part of our order was wrong. Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and frustrating.

Absolute worst fast food that I've had in months and I eat it out 50% of the time as you can see from my coming up on 200 contributions $35 for this after they refunded me money for not giving me combos. Two sandwiches a fry and a tater tot with a combo a medium shake and another medium shake for $35 of sloppy mess that McDonald's actually makes an eater sandwich horrible I do not recommend this restaurant

I'm not sure if they were understaffed. It wasn't that busy, after I hit the button i was asked to wait. It took really long time and only after i though they forgot me and started walking away they adressed me. Once i ordered i was told the total and then the conversation ended. No screen to pay, i was confused if my order was put in, if i was waiting in the hot sun for nothing. I sat there hope to get someone's attention. Got Noone, decided to risk waiting and sweating. The food eventually came after a while. Please commutnicate better. The food was good, the communication was confusing and i almost left being hungry, hot and unsure if my order even went through

We stopped for a late night treat. While the store didn't close for another 30 minutes, we were told that they could not fulfill our order due to them closing the ice cream machine 30 minutes prior to closing. This seems very problematic for a business highlights service and is driven by deserts.
Growing up in Oklahoma the home Sonic I know this is not common practice. Very disappointed.

They were very courteous, I've always liked there Coney dogs. They were my wife's and I's favorite. Before she died last year we would make a trip to Sonic at least once per month. We didn't eat out very often and there were only a very few places we considered decent. Sonic was one of them. I hadn't been back since she died until today. The sandwich was very good but not as good as when she was with me. The memories were good though.

Food is poor. Help lacks training (didn't know how to make a banana split). But a strawberry lemonade slush is wonderful on a hot day.

If you have an hour to kill then this is the place for you.
I waited 30 minutes for a doordash order and not only could I get any acknowledgement but the several customers waiting to be served couldn't get so much as a hello, let alone an order completion percentage.
The whole point of fast food is right there in the name. Most people wanting fast food probably don't have 30 minutes to just piss away without any form of welcome acknowledgement. I strongly suggest that either this specific location either look in to getting a management member on staff at every available hour that the business is open or at least train your staff to a level of competence that can, at the very least, do VERY BASIC THINGS like saying HELLO.
