3 weeks in a row i had to wait 10+ minutes for cold food! Not sure if it was intentional or just poor management! The store is never busy enough to pass out cold food! I think it sat on the counter for 10+ minutes on purpose! Maybe cause im white?

You can't contact corporate. We are the only one the. We waited over 10 minutes at the drive through. The orders were wrong on both of them. The food was cold. The is no reason for this place to be in business and should be closed.

Tried to order a famous slush and was told the machine was not available, it was being cleaned. Didn’t look like any cleaning was being done, but had time to be on the phone! 📱

Burgers were good, fries and onion rings were cold when the car hop brought them out (took them home and had to place them in the oven to reheat and make them crispy) limeades were terrible. Asked for Sal and pepper from the employee who responded they don’t’ have salt and pepper. When asked what was up with that, she said “we’re not allowed to order salt and pepper any more.” Really? A restaurant that can’t stock salt and pepper? This location has definitely gone down the tubes in recent years, most of the monitors to order from are either broken or missing completely.

Came for a late night snack, onion rings just fell apart in the bag, undercooked, i would wait another 5 minutes and get awesome dine onion rings!!!

Drove 25 minutes to this location and ordered 4 medium root beer floats and after I drive away, I taste that it is all sour. Like the ice cream is spoiled or something.. The lady never gave me a receipt so I can’t even call corporate to get my $25 back for my rotten ice cream. I am disgusted.

For two years now I've been told they're unable to accept gift cards because "their system is down because they got a new manager". They are also unable to use ANY features from the sonic app and refuse to recognize the half off drinks sale available on the app. Easily the worst customer service of any sonic I've been to.

Service was fantastic, ordered breakfast sandwiches and tots. Taste was great and portions good and hot. Only complaint was really messy. Egg was all over the place, made difficult to eat especially being in your vehicle.

They refuse to take gift cards and I’m given excuse after excuse everytime. I don’t even find out they can’t take them till after the food is done forcing me to spend money I didn’t want to. The app is continuously having issues that they won’t accommodate or even help to figure out because “they don’t know”. Clearly they only care about highest dollar and not their customers
