If you go to this Starbucks, you better specify that you want a full cup of coffee otherwise you’ll get a half a cup of coffee that you paid six dollars for.
Before yesterday, I had only had two perfect lattes from Starbucks. Both of those were from the Merritt Island N. Courtenay Parkway Starbucks. Yesterday, I was astonished to get a latte there that surpassed the ones I had thought to be perfect (only 2 over the past 2 years). Despicable, uncaring management and "staff"!
It gives me no pleasure to write this negative review as I do not dislike Starbucks or their product.
These "managers" and "shifts" act as though they are members of a coven, treating partners as though they are the ultimate disposable commodity and operate from positions of extreme prejudice!
