If you go to this Starbucks, you better specify that you want a full cup of coffee otherwise you’ll get a half a cup of coffee that you paid six dollars for.
Before yesterday, I had only had two perfect lattes from Starbucks. Both of those were from the Merritt Island N. Courtenay Parkway Starbucks. Yesterday, I was astonished to get a latte there that surpassed the ones I had thought to be perfect (only 2 over the past 2 years). Despicable, uncaring management and "staff"!
It gives me no pleasure to write this negative review as I do not dislike Starbucks or their product.
These "managers" and "shifts" act as though they are members of a coven, treating partners as though they are the ultimate disposable commodity and operate from positions of extreme prejudice! This Starbucks Coffee Company location is consistently praised as the BEST, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and smiling, providing excellent service with a smile. Orders are delivered promptly, even during busy rush hours. The team, including the manager Lati, Gabe, Jeremy, Jacquie, and Kara, goes out of their way to help people in need and ensure every visit is a great experience. The coffee is consistently great and always made exactly how customers like it. One gentleman even brought coffee to a waiting customer, showing above and beyond service. A visitor enjoyed a bacon Gouda with gingerbread latte, which were delicious. The atmosphere is described as cozy and relaxing, a perfect spot to start the day. Although it is a very busy location with a packed drive-thru, the staff does a decent job of cranking out the drinks with quick service. Customers love coming here for a peaceful morning coffee and consistently receive exceptional service every single visit.
