One of the managers and some of the employees wouldn't be employable in most other companies with their disgusting attitudes. Some of the baristas treat their customers like trash. It's pathetic that corporate allows this mistreatment of its customers. If managers are nasty, their attitudes sometimes influence the employees. Some of the staff who work there are professional, friendly, and courteous. Corporate doesn't reply to calls when leaving messages either. They don't care about anything except for profits, and its reflected in how they treat their customers. They don't want to be bothered with complaints. Their coffee is too expensive to be chided by their rude staff.

I got a drink because I thought it was going to be free with my points. That’s the ONLY REASON I CAME HERE. And apparently it was a 200 star drink not 100 and I didn’t want it anymore. A multi-billion dollar corporation couldn’t afford to give the drink away for free but instead even the manager came up and told my Mom to pay for it. Which I told her to leave but my Mom is timid and got pressured into buy it even though I told her it’s okay we can just go multiple times. Just overall ridiculous how they kept asking “do you still want to pay for it?” After I clearly said NO. Now I don’t even want to drink it because I’m so pissed off at the girl in the drive thru and the manager for pressuring my Mom into paying for this stupid drink. Thanks a lot and it wasn’t coming out of your paycheck.
Also for the record I never make my mom buy me anything I just happened to be with her and wasn’t trying to make her pay for the drink. They just pressured her into paying for it. And she felt too embarrassed to just drive away like I told her to.

I needed a couple ounces of hot water. Starbucks gives cups of water so you would think a few ounces of hot water wouldn’t be an issue right? I even ordered a $2.95 bottled water as a courtesy. When I got there the girl working the counter was, well, anti-customer service. She said they can’t serve hot water unless it is with a drink. I said I didn’t really need the bottle of sealed cold water then so could I exchange it for a hot water drink. She said since I touched it they could not exchange it because it’s company policy.

I frequent this Starbucks and one thing that I realized is that when Black people walk in they are not greeted, when they exit, they’re not bid a farewell. However, when white people walk in they are greeted and when they leave, they are bid a farewell.

The best Starbucks I've ever tried! I stopped here after my visit to the Kennedy Space Centre because I wanted to try the fall drinks that we don't have in the UK. The service was very good and very quick. The staff was nice with us! Also the drinks were amazing and I couldn't find the same taste elsewhere. I wish all Starbucks were the same!

The employees here are great and always super nice, but the manager with the short bob, accent, and black apron with an attitude, she ruins this Starbucks. I'd rather drive the extra few miles to go to the other starbucks than here just to avoid dealing with how rude she is. How shes still employed given how she treats customers has me shocked. I've seen her outright yelling at her employees over the last year, belittling them in front of customers, its awful. Figured I'd leave this for people so they can avoid a nasty encounter.

Today I write this review to highlight the best and worst parts of this location.
The highlights of this location lay in the hands of the of the baristas.
To name a few of the stand out baristas. We have Ben; Ben is an afternoon shift lead, he is by far the best barista at the location. His skills behind the bar are second to none, and his interpersonal skill makes politicians look like socially inept infants. Next is Jacquie and Kara, for the sake of keeping this review to a respectable length, all that I'm going to say is that they are awesome and deserve just has much praise I've given Ben.
The Cons
The manager Lati is someone who is simply awful to be around, sitting in the lobby while Lati is on shift is truly something terrible. I can not tell you the amount of times I've seen (and got) her hostile behavior. I've seen on many occasions openly berating her employees while on the floor. It was sickening to see this happen as often as it did, not to mention her abundance of snide remarks she makes to employees and fellow customers alike. Lati's rein of terror is known by many local Starbucks baristas, I've heard multiple horror stories from almost every location in the area (even one from the Orlando airport location) id recommend reading other one star reviews to learn more about this.
To wrap this up, the store isn't that bad. Sure it perhaps has some troubled management, but at the end of the day its just a normal Starbucks. So why a one star review? I remember when Starbucks used to be a wholesome place to go to. But with management as troubled as it is... I just couldn't help but leave a one star review, nobody should ever have to go to a Starbucks stressed about who is working at the time.
