Took nearly 40 minutes in a fairly short queue to get 3 drinks. I counted 7 staff behind the glass but only 1 taking orders (who also got orders ready) and 1 serving at the hatch. God knows what the others were doing. They all seemed more interested in chatting to each other than doing their jobs. Worst service ever from a Starbucks.

2/17/2024 Sold me an everything bagel with butter told me afterwards that they had no cream cheese said I had to call corporate for a refund and did not pass my receipt but I paid with my debit card. I would like a refund back on my card Bernadette Suitt upset please refund me.

Trying to order and staff talking to each other instead of listening to the order being given.Not the standard I expect of StarbucksWheelchair accessibility: Had to queue whilst on a mobility scooter and despite it having a good turning circle I had to back up to turn the corners....more space needs creating for those of us with mobility issues.
This sturbucks is located near NASA cause the space-time works different inside. One minute there are 25 in the line.

Really terrible service. Ordered 3 coffees + 3 loafs/cakes. Got coffees and then wait another 20mins to get loafs/cakes!!! The whole order should be served at same time. Simply unacceptable.
