I stopped by this Starbucks when their system was down, and I wanted to recognize one of the employees, Ari (I truly hope I remembered her name correctly!).
Instead of simply telling me the system was down, she kindly offered a solution by suggesting I use the Starbucks app to place my order. We ordered drinks at this starbucks, 2 of which were mango refreshers,we waited for ages at the pick up point and then got served the wrong drinks, i went and asked about it and even showed proof with my receipt that its was wrong but the employee wasnt being helpful and argued we were wrong. It was clear we were getting nowhere, she was being blunt and rude. We ended up with the wrong drinks even though we already paid for differant ones.
