They upgraded the fries to beef talo and the different is night and day. They should start using it for everything.

Employee at 9:45 on tuesday smoking right next to the entrance of the restaurant. Have major sinus issues and this caused me to dine elsewhere. Can't stand smokers who show no consideration for other people.

DO NOT COME HERE. We should have known when we got in the parking lot and there were no cars. First, you order at a Kiosk. Only because they can’t afford to pay enough employees to even take your order. Very overstimulating for a large family. Second, the drink machine! They force you to scan a QR code to get a drink. You can only get 1 refill. What a disappointment. And the kids don’t even get refills!!! Then one of our burgers was missing the patty!! I’m just wondering why the fries are cold when we’re the only people in the restaurant. The only lobby employee stood behind the counter our entire meal and stared at us. Every person who worked there looked miserable. I’m seriously wondering how they’re still in business. I’m appalled they even ask for a tip when our entire family meal was nothing but stressful.

Don’t even think about coming here if you want to enjoy yourself. Customer no service from the minute you walk in having to place your own order on the screen and then Lord help you if you loose your QR code since the drink machine is locked up tight. As others have said disappointment in a basket. Good bye forever Steak and Shake.

No to the area I’ve been here twice. They don’t even try to get your order right ask for salt they put ketchup in the bag said no onions loaded it up with onions and left off the tomatoes.

Went in shortly after it opened and the floor was so sticky shoes stuck to the floor. Foot prints on the walls.

The experience was horrible I had to go through the drive to three times I went inside had a guy try to help me make combo meals and that was a joke so we went to the drive-thru again and we still had to come back through and go back inside again to get our shakes, and it was like almost $40 and then we got a receipt for $5?
I believe I should be comped for something here for all the stress that I had to go to trying to get three number fives and it took me about an hour and a half.
