Stood at the counter for 15 min and the shaved headed kod told me it would be quicker to put in an online order. This establishment is always understaffed and never polite. Pathetic customer service. Take your money somewhere else, they don't deserve it.

People are cool but the service sucks. Takes forever to produce a simple sandwich and the cherry on top was the guy making my sandwich chewing on something with his mouth open smacking his lips while cutting my sandwich won’t be coming back to this location. Just unwrapped the flatbread and it appears they somehow they didn’t get any honey on the inside of the flatbread it’s all on the outside and in the paper wrapper lol I’m over it at this point

Yesterday, I ordered a drink and I received a package from hell.It was delivered.I had to take a drink that tasted as a pure vitamin, I said no banana because I'm allergic.. I had banana.I'm extremely pissed.I can't go anywhere, due to my sudden change in my demographics.As being handicapped isn't enough, I now get this!I'm sick too my stomach and been vomiting for hours. I just got it under control. Thanks for the pain.And don't ask me for another excuse for me to tell you what needs to be done.If you don't know... You should close your doors.You tell me details on how you can fix my problem.I don't answer questions.You just want information to aid for yourselves. But, the customers will suffer from this.Because, giving back?Is a criminal offense apparently in Florida.

At this point I'm just done with Tropical Smoothie in general. Had a bad experience with the quality at the Rockledge location so I tried this one and it was strange as well. I also don't like how you can't see them making the smoothies here so who knows what they are putting in them. I ordered the Avocolada with no sugar. It was super sweet and didn't taste like avocado, kale or any of the other ingredients that are listed as ingredients. Just like a frozen slushie. Really strange and don't plan to waste my money on this nonsense again.

We love Tropical smoothie. Their wraps and sandwiches are our favorites. And they have a smoothie for everyone.
It's always understaffed (I can only assume bc they don't pay their workers enough, bc everyone who is there is always hustling and doing their best) and 90 degrees inside, like their AC is always broken. It's uncomfortable just to walk in, let alone wait 20 minutes for your order.
Went to pick up my smoothie today which I placed online. Disappointed that it was nothing but ice chunks. Girl with blonde hair obviously didn’t want to be there and her attitude sucked! Asked for my smoothie to be remade and told me to not be rude and walked in the back. Then shouted at me from the kitchen for my order. Hire someone that wants to be there!03/09/2024

Sad. Sticky floors, overflowing trash can, no air conditioning, and nobody coming to take your order. I had to go back to the kitchen to find an employee. And yeah, the kitchen is trashed too. This place needs a manager or at least someone who cares.

Walked in an noticed the a/c was off. Ordered an açaí bowl and then noticed only one person in the back on his phone while I waited 20 minutes for my food. Meanwhile there was about 8 other people also waiting around for there order. The cashier was very friendly but it felt like she was taking all the orders as well as running to the back to try and make them all as well

Stood in line for 20 minutes and wasn't even looked at, much less given the chance to put in my order. I guess not really the fault of the employees because they were scrambling just to keep up, but doesn't look like it's run very well if there's not enough employees to even take orders.
