Walked in an noticed the a/c was off. Ordered an açaí bowl and then noticed only one person in the back on his phone while I waited 20 minutes for my food. Meanwhile there was about 8 other people also waiting around for there order. The cashier was very friendly but it felt like she was taking all the orders as well as running to the back to try and make them all as well
My daughter and I stopped by here on a whim. There was a line of about 2 people when we showed up, but no worries because they took orders and brought them out super quickly! The smoothies were delicious as always and we decided to sit down and drink them. Mostly people came in to pick up their to go order and left, so it was just me and my daughter in there and it was very quiet with the exception of the employees in the back, but it was fine. We enjoyed it here overall!

Sad. Sticky floors, overflowing trash can, no air conditioning, and nobody coming to take your order. I had to go back to the kitchen to find an employee. And yeah, the kitchen is trashed too. This place needs a manager or at least someone who cares.
