The frozen yogurt was pretty good and there were a lot of great toppings to chose from. I believe it’s 69. cents an ounce if I’m not mistaken which I wasn’t a huge fan of…(but it’s not that big of a deal.) Also although the toppings we got were fresh the waffle bowls were a bit stale.

Really don’t appreciate the lady yelling and being extremely rude just now. Never will be coming back again.

?Fun, Self-Serve Dessert Experience?Admittedly, it's been a of couple years since I ate at Yogurt Mountain, but my experience at the time was lots of fun. Yogurt comes in a variety of flavors and is self-served by pull-down levers. Price is determined by the weight of the yogurt in the cup.The toppings bar includes just about everything you can possibly imagine (from fruit to candy bar bits), allowing you to cater to your sweet tooth's preferences.Overall, it's a unique frozen dessert experience that's a blast to do with friends.

Just went there and the two staff members were super welcoming and explained everything to us since it was our first time coming. They even told us how to get a dollar off with the app. The flavors and toppings all looked good and all the machines looked to be working properly. They were making jokes and telling us stories at the register and they just made the atmosphere very nice.

hi! me and my girlfriend went to this establishment and the lady laura C was extremely rude. im lesbian and this is during pride month. when we walked inside and got our bowl she was nice but then as soon as we walked away it was like she switched. she gave us 1 sample each and when we went to reuse it she told us that it wasnt aloud. we have reused before and every other worker was completely fine and gave us multiple sample cups. but i understood since covid and everything so we decided to just share cups. by the 3rd time we asked for a sample cup (our 3rd sample) she rudley raised her voice at my girlfriend and me and told us that to basically stop asking for sample cups and that with all the samples (only 3) that it would add up. my girlfriend was extremely hurt and nervous and we only got barely anything. are cup was only 9.9 ounces for the both of us to share and it was 7.45$. im so disappointed in this service as we eat here most of the time we come to the mall. definitely ruined are yogurt experience and wont be coming back. i dont advise coming here.

Watch your receipt. Was charged for 9 bowls when the party only got seven. They were also out 7 of 15 flavours.

Highly disappointed, yogurts and sherbets all came out like soup, only a mere fraction of the flavors were available, granted what i got was tasty. However prices were high, and service was poor. Was charged for more cups then i purchased. If you go just double check your receipt and ask for samples.
