Coffee is way too expensive for what it is. We paid 20 dollars for 2 lattes…

Unfortunately my experience was not good the elder lady was extremely rude and argued me down on the shop not having ex sugar. Decided to give me ex Carmel and charged me 4$ extra.I get the same coffee Carmel iced late ex sugar and have no problems.I am a local and refer everyone there I will not continue referring anyone. I am appalled with her unprofessionalism and the bad attitude she has it's slow Season and to run off the few custom that you are blessed with at this time of year Unfortunately will be even less. I advise you to train her or get rid of her all together because she is causing your customers to have a bad experience and not wanting to return.

I know inflation has affected our country but $17 for two iced lattes is taking advantage of your customers. This is Mexico Beach Florida, not Rodeo Drive. If you are also a tourist planning to get a quick coffee fix, it’s worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Mexico Beach, Florida is one of the cutest small towns with few restaurants/fast food and this is part of the charm because we know that the few food service providers truly care about the customers that come in and Caribbean Cafe & Coffee serve the best coffee, better Starbucks by far because they truly focus on each order competently before starting to work on the next order. It may take a few minutes depending on the time you go in but any short time spent waiting is well worth it. I totally recommend this for coffee & their tasty baked goods for breakfast. The Blueberry Scones were the best I’ve ever had & my husband said his Cinnamon Roll was perfectly delicious. If you visit this hidden gem on the Coast & you are craving a delicious coffee & baked goods then this is place for you. Bravo 5 stars, I would give it a 10 out of 10!!

We went twice this week. The coffee was good! Friendly service, cute atmosphere. Buttttt... there's a struggle with the food. None of it was very good. Actually, it seemed as if the food once was really good, until it was put into a microwave to be rewarmed and get soggy. I don't know how else to describe it. This place has BIG potential to be great, but what is happening to the food? The filling in the empanadas was SO GOOD, but the pastry shell--it was soggy and limp. PLEASE warm these in a toaster oven or something. They would have been SO much better that way. Same with the scone. Scones aren't heavy and "wet". The flavor was great though! The frittata had good flavor, but rubbery, dry texture. I assume all of these items were microwaved and the texture issues could be resolved by using a toaster oven instead? Please take this criticism as helpful suggestions. I want local businesses to succeed the most!Again, the coffee was great!
