Today I order the Big Burrito, advertised as coming with Pico, queso, guacamole, and salsa. None of the above was included. Rather bland food.
I also got an order of Not your normal nachos and a Kids quesadilla; no salsa included for either.
This was the first time we have been disappointed with our food from Tex Kitchen.

Customer service is great, even when busy. They give a beeper when food is ready. The food is surprisingly amazing. We sat outside while sprinkling, very nice. The food is plentiful. The food is worth the 💰. They work hard to get it right. Get it to go or eat under the umbrellas.

First and foremost, the food was amazing! The portions are generous, and the owner was super friendly and a joy to talk to. We ordered the chicken Hibachi, and let me tell you, this was some of the best I’ve had. The Chicken was so tender and glazed with a teriyaki type sauce. The vegetables (broccoli, zucchini and carrots) were al dente and had that great grilled flavor that complemented the chicken. The rice was perfectly cooked. The eggroll was super crispy, it was as big as a small burrito! The owner has over 25 years of Hibachi experience, so he knows what he’s doing. We will definitely be back here next year for our fall break. Check these guys out if you’re staying or passing through Mexico Beach!

Wow!!!! Hands down the BEST food truck / street style tacos and Mexican corn I've ever had, and I'm visiting from a city with a large Hispanic population with lots of Mexican food trucks. The Mexico Beach tacos are absolute 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. We will most likely eat here again during this trip, and will definitely be back on future trips. The food is Fantastic!!!!

My husband got the Corpus Christi tacos and I got a chicken quesadilla. Both were delicious and the portions were great for the price. You can’t beat the beautiful views either!
