Perfectly medium cooked skirt steak with that mouthwatering saltado sauce, onions, tomatoes, a side of fried yuca on a bed of rice is all I needed. It has to undoubtedly be one of the best saltados I’ve had in town and I was pleasantly surprised to have found this little gem in a food hall. I’d have to come back and try a few other things on the menu.
