Outstanding! One of our very best seafood meals ever. Black grouper with crabmeat and Beurre blanc was exceptional. Snapper with macadamia nuts and raspberry sauce also superb. Clam chowder a great starter. Lots of clams and perfect creamy broth. Helpful attentive service. Pleasant atmosphere. A highlight of one Miami Beach visit.
First of all our waiter, Richard, was phenomenal. There were 10 in our group and he interacted and joked with us all, including the young children. He was such a joy. In addition, the wine selection was good. We got a reasonable Bordeaux Gran Cru, our diners were very good. Most of us got the specials, which were very tasty. We finished our meal with a dessert. Of course the key lime pie was the best.
Luxury on Ocean Drive. The last dinner of a week's fine dining in Florida was a highlight. The tastiest mussels I've ever had and perfectly tender Octopus were our starters, and the Twin Maine Lobster main course was two whole succulent lobsters for $65, ridiculously cheap. The warm summer terrace seats on Ocean Drive let us watch the South Beach fashionistas saunter past ...really quite a night.
