WAY overpriced for what youre actually getting, you get a slider for the price of an actual sandwich Bottom line - Avoid In the menu the description for one of the sandwiches clearly said "eggs", I got just one (1) egg on my sandwich I didn't even touch the sandwich and when I asked for my money back I was initially refused, when insisted I got my money back and both the cashier and the lady in the kitchen mocked me in laughter, persoanlly, I dont care one bit but that's just ugly

I ordered a burger and pancakes. The burger was extra dry, they put less than one drop of sauces on it for some reason. The pancakes were way too sweet to the point where me and my friends who also ordered pancakes had a bite and no more.

Your experience here is obviously going to be different from everyone else's. Service was on point and friendly, the food and coffee here was good, and most importantly, I'd come again. I did miss out on the gratuity that's already charged and tipped on top, but it was well worth this time around!

Once again, I found myself lured to Eggstaurant on Washington Avenue. Their menu continues to tantalize, especially the harmonious blend of fluffy waffles, perfectly cooked egg whites, and savory turkey bacon. The portions remain satisfying without being overwhelming. Whether you crave a cozy indoor setting or prefer basking in the Miami Beach sunshine on their patio, Eggstaurant offers both. And the staff's friendly demeanor usually adds to the charm.
However, a recurring issue has tarnished my experience. On a previous visit, I was met with resistance when politely requesting the removal of a forced gratuity. This unfortunate incident led to a star deduction in my review. And now, on Friday, July 26th, my disappointment deepened.
I placed an online order, only to witness my food being bagged up upon arrival. When I inquired about it, the employee curtly informed me of a 10-minute wait, forcing me to stand by. To make matters worse, the order was packed vertically, causing the contents to spill out when opened. Frustrated, I requested a manager, but was told none were available.
This latest experience, coupled with the previous issues, has turned me off from Eggstaurant entirely. Their business practices, particularly the forced gratuity and poor customer service, are simply unacceptable. I believe it's time for Eggstaurant to reevaluate their priorities and focus on providing a positive customer experience.
While the food remains enjoyable, when it’s not spread out in the bottom of my bag, the overall package is no longer worth the hassle. There are plenty of other breakfast options in Miami Beach that value their customers. That’s it you’ve annoyed me one too many times.
I was looking for a place to take my breakfast and the universe put me in this place. The cashier Nany that take my order was super nice and patient with us. She also recommend the salmon and the avocado that was super. the menu is large and variate and the customer service 5 star . I got a great experience thank you.

Stopped by here for a quick morning bite.
The service was friendly and personable. The menu was quite large so took us a minute to decide what we wanted.
I opted for the bbq egg burger. It had a fair amount of flavor. I did wish for more of the onions and a bit more seasoning. The hashbrowns were delicious and it was nice to see fresh and organic options.
All in all, if you’re in the area, give it a whirl!
