Immediate -1 star for a mandatory 12% service charge. Just raise your prices 12% instead of playing games with your customers.Overall food was good but took a long time. I got the Ribeye Sandwich which was flavorful and steak cooked well, I appreciated it being chopped and was a good portion of about 4oz.Seating is tight so during busy times you might have difficulty finding a seat. With the mandatory tip it was $18 just for the sandwich - not worth it.The mandatory service charge ticked me off because for one this is counter service - no one is waiting on you and two the guy taking the order was extremely rude.

Don’t skip this hidden gem! The food was great! The waffle was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had for sure. The rib eye steak sandwich was also amazing.

The service was amazing and the food and coffee hit the spot. It tastes better than it looks for sure! I was surprised by the quality of the coffee considering this place is known for their egg sandwiches mainly. My only complaint is this weird smell inside that I just couldn't get past.
