Ordered a poke bowl and specified I didn't want pickled veggies. Not only were they left in, but we were not told all ingredients even when asked. The bowl came with added ingredients that were not listed that didn't go with a traditional poke bowl and I ended up taking half the bowl apart just to enjoy it. Wilmer was amazing and very fun
Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The tuna was incredibly fresh—soft, clean, and cut into generous pieces. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the fish without overpowering it. The rice was well-cooked and fluffy, and the mix of toppings added great texture and color, especially the crunchy elements paired with the creamy sauce. I had had a wonderful experience at Ai Sushi! Wilmer took my order and provided such excellent service friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout my meal.
The food was delicious and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the warm, welcoming service. Thanks to Wilmer and the team, I’ll definitely be coming back!
