This place looked nice. My waitress was awesome and attentive. Now my food was basically warmed up frozen food. It didn't taste like they cooked anything in the kitchen. The food wasn't the greatest and it was pretty high for frozen food.

20% gratuity is automatically included even on to go orders. When asked to have the gratuity removed was told it was not possible. It is hidden in the very fine print at the bottom of the menu. In my opinion, these are deceptive business practices.

Other reviewers are right. It all tastes pre-made and reheated. Nothing is fresh. Even granola tastes burnt. Portions are crazy small. Prices are resort/hotel prices. But you can get better breakfast at Starbucks or Panera.

Very unhappy with my experience here. I was here for breakfast and the prices are insane. $16 for yogurt and granola??? I decided to get 2 scrambled eggs with bacon and potatos, which costed me $17 dollars. The food came out super quick but it all seemed like microwaved food, especially the bacon. I got scrambled eggs which were extremely wet and undercooked. If I am paying this much for a breakfast I expect it to actually be a quality breakfast. I will give a slight shoutout to the server who asked if there were any allergies when we ordered, I don’t have any but I appreciated that. The lighting in here was also very dim if the sun is not out. Maybe this place is better for lunch or dinner but I am not taking the chance. I would avoid this place completely.

We came today second time and ı want ro eat the same plate two egg one it comes with egg , toast and bacon , we said that we dont eat pork and they gave us fruit but today adriana has attitude and she was so rude . She said that toast is extra and ı try to tell her ı ate same plate yesterday and it is not about the price but attitude
I think she doesnt want to work or something else but do not go allison restaurant for vacation

This is a great restaurant. We’ve bern eating here, for all meals, and cocktails, over the last 3 days. Breakfast and cuban coffees were great. Pina coladas, sandwiches in the restaurant and room service were quick and yummy. The beach is amazing here. Will definitely be back.

The food was delicious and very tasty. The wait was not too long. I ordered the plantain-crusted salmon and my table got the burger with sweet potato fries, the chicken au jus, and the shrimp bucatini. I also love that they give you some warm rolls to start! Our server, Ina , was prompt and very polite. Thank you, Ina!

The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel, 6261 Collins Avenue valet parking and street parking. The Allison overlooks the ocean, it you choose an to sit at the bar. The service is excellent, courteous, polite, and not at all rushed. Overall the food is good, not excellent, and somewhat expensive. The fish is really good. They have a number of specials which cannot be combined with the regular menu, a disappointment.

Very tasty food but small portions. The Mahi tacos are excellent- have to try.

Go anywhere but here. The food was terrible and cost double what it was worth. Service was fair at best. The room temperature was at least 80 and humid because you were in the kitchen.

I suppose if you are looking for a snack in the middle of the afternoon, while sitting with friends and having some drinks, and you aren't looking for decent food or decent service, this place is fine. In any other situation, avoid at all costs. Bad attitudes from servers, manager opening berating staff, overpriced food (even for Surfside standards), WAY too long to get service...

Spacious bar with plenty of seating inside the Hilton Hotel. They offer a daily happy hour from 5-6pm with a good selection of food, beer, and wine. A great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink!
