Asked to go to American Bistro and got “pushed” into their Italian side-restaurant. The server was barely speaking English and wasn’t polite at all, it seemed like we were really boring him. Ordered breakfast taco’s and the taco’s were so dried it looked like they were cooked 2 days before. The taste was ok apart from the texture. Also got charged 20% gratuity automatically for our “convenience” while the service was basically bottom-grade. I know it’s a very touristic place but the bare minimum should be observed even more with an automatic gratuity.

Carlos and Julio were great. Fantastic service. Calm Italian space. White tablecloth but can dine and drink in swim wear with cover ups. Good BOGO happy hour
