Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It was so bad, we had to have the service charge removed. The food was very good, but our waitress was horrible. It took 20+ min to get our drinks. Food came out very slowly. The sides didn’t come out until we had finished eating everything else. The waitress tried to tell us that’s the style of the restaurant, which can’t be true. We had to ask other servers for the check as we waited and waited. Finally our waitress showed up, we explained that we had to ask 3 times for the check and were frustrated with the service. She very rudely replied “should I go and bring you the check 3 times?” The way she spoke to us was so disrespectful, I was shocked. She continued to argue with us. If it were me, I’d expect to be fired after that interaction.
The manager did come speak to us at the end, to apologize and offer a round of drinks or dessert, but we had to leave as we had a child with us who needed to go to bed. The whole thing was just frustrating and disappointing when you’re spending so much money. Honestly, as good as the food was, not worth the wait and awful service. Go somewhere else.

The food was good, but the waitstaff seemed very busy and overwhelmed. Would have nice if management stepped up to help.

We had great time and wonderful dinner as always in your cozy, hospitable and one of our favorite restorant in Miami Beach
Everything we had was amazing. The pork dumplings, Yellowtail collar, 10 pieces of Nigiri and the Snow Crab fried rice were all excellent. The Nigiri was amazing, yellowtail collar was an explosion of flavor.
This meal was amazing. I trusted the servers recommendations and enjoyed every course. . This place is worth every penny. Will definitely eat here again.
food took too long but it was excellent , our server didn't want to serve us so they switched our server many times
Have been reserving his restaurant for NYE every year for the past few year while visiting Miami Beach. Always enjoy the food the drinks and easy to walk over the beach and see the fireworks after dinner, in a less crowded part of the beach. This year it was chilly and was disappointed that despite having tables for four was available by a heater we were seated in an area that did not have a heater. The tables by the heater stayed empty the entire time we were there for over two hours while we were bundled up in our coats. Although we enjoyed the food, drinks, and service, some consideration should have been made by the staff to put in an effort to provide comfort on a chilly night. Little things like this matter for customer service.
I was a little bit frustrated when we ate at the restaurant. The hostess sat us underneath a very fast moving fan on a very cold night in Miami. I asked them if they could turn off the fan and they told me that it doesn't turn off. I then asked if they could move us and they responded that there was nowhere to move. I pushed again and they reluctantly moved our party. Apart from this, the food and the experience was excellent.
Amazing food and some of the freshest pieces of fish i've ever had !! Extremely gluten free friendly
Surprised that a hotel restaurant could be this good. Great service and the sushi and grilled branzino were delicious.

This was our second visit to Azabu and we were absolutely delighted with the quality of the food. Everything was delicious (sushis, robata, rolls) and much nicer than most of the other Japanese restaurants in town we tried this week. We will definitely come back.
My group had a lovely experience here! The food was incredible, everything we tried was unique and flavorful. Our server was the best too, helped us a ton in recommending plates and amount of food. She was very attentive. Definitely an amazing first date or quiet dinner with friends. Place was pricey but worth every penny. Still thinking about the miso pork belly 🫠
Service was excellent throughout the evening and all staff very attentive. Foods and options were described very well and helped a first-timer to get the best experience
Visit this treasure every time we are in Miami Beach. Best Japanese restaurant in town by far.
I showed up a little early asking to sit on their porch. Besides me being the only one there for close to 30 minutes, their music wasn't working (on the porch only), so it was a little awkward by myself. I ordered an 8 oz piece of salmon with jasmine rice. The salmon was cooked to perfection, the rice was a great addition to the plate. My waiter was helpful in guiding me with choices as this was my first time dining here. Dessert also was spot on, the Japanese donuts, so delish! Would definitely go back when I'm in town again.
