The scummy behavior of the employees of this business would have resulted in it shutting down a long time ago if it were situated in a smaller town. Unfortunately, the workers of this establishment are well aware of the fact that no matter what they do they will always receive an endless supply of tourists, giving them carte blanche to be as insolent and audaciously greedy as possible. I had been at an event there where it was an open bar, as I was getting ready to head out I asked the bar tender for a bottle of water, they were just beginning to close and put things away. When I asked, they said no with a passive aggressive and dismissive behavior - without reason or explanation - and quickly hauled the bar cart back to the bar. I wasn’t sure if they had understood the question since they barely spoke a word of English, I reconvened with them near the bar and asked again, pointing at the water bottles. Again they responded no, and this time irritatedly commanded me to go to the bar. This was followed by an “Oh my god” which they thought I hadn’t heard. They then proceeded to quickly remove the pack of water bottles and quickly stash them in the kitchen fearful that I might steal one, not even caring about the fact that if I were actually a thief I could have just grabbed the bottle of wine that was at the top of the cart. I went to the bar, waited ten minutes only for the bar tender to tell me with a smirk on his face that what was less than a couple minutes ago a free bottle of water, was now selling for $4.00.

Originally purchased a regular room with 2 queen beds. Randomly received an upgrade to a junior suite on the 8th floor with a king bed and ocean view. When the room wasn’t ready by 3pm, a very nice guy at the front desk alllowed my boyfriend and I to get a free cocktail at the bar. They were very strong drinks too ?. We found the service to be really great! Aaron at the backyard bar is also amazing!!!

Pool bar bartender Aaron was above and beyond amazing.
The construction started at 645 one morning. It looks like it’s being remodeled and they painted over everything like a kindergartener. The ceiling collapsed in the hallway. They offered us a different room but it would be a downgrade and no perks to losing a room that was paid for.

Horrible hotel, roaches, the owners are rude, you have to pay extra to sit in the lounge beds outside by the pool. And you will get no sleep due to construction right beside the hotel waking you up at 7am. I do not recommend!
