Worst Customer Service I placed and online order on February 2 for a Lighter. I have not received the lighter I called over 3 times I have left numerous messages with no call backs and they have not rectified the issue. There is no customer service email and all phone numbers go to a voicemail where your message gets most likely deleted.

Bruh, who came up with this mess of a restaurant concept? For real, like… where do I even start? 😂 Who in their right mind wakes up after a wild night in Miami, thinks, “You know what would slap? Getting cussed out and blasted with loud, ghetto music over breakfast.” Make it make sense! The vibe was straight trash, and don’t even get me started on the service—hands down some of the worst I’ve ever had.

I was excited to go and try there menu. We didn't have a reservation but we were seated right away it wasn't busy. But once seated we were ignored and almost left. But a waitress came over and was really nice. We knew what we wanted. I got the Curvey sandwich and added smashed avocado and a cup of coffee. My coffee was brought out with cream and sugar already in it in a paper to go cup. But I needed more sugar and the waitress was so hard to find. Our food came out and it looked good. The avocado was in a cup and I put it on my sandwich. I kept thinking my sandwich tasted weird like onions and the scrambled eggs inside were slimy. I looked closer at the avocado and it was guacamole not smashed avocado. I absolutely hate raw onions. And the egg techture was off putting. My friends bushie waffle was amazing and delicious. We decided we were done. We couldn't get our waitresses attention she was to busy talking to the hostess. It's a one and done for me. I hope you all have better luck then me, I know my friend did.
