Terrible experience; besides the table in the corner , neither the manager nor head waiter made an effort to stop smoking at the adjacent table.
Their response “its not allowed and we have told them”. They smoked cigarettes often ruining our experience.
Never had a situation like this at any fine dining restaurant worldwide!

Opentable Diner

Table manager was kind of rude. He made our night a 8/10 when it could have been a 10/10. Our server was nice but the guy coming around was trying to be funny and it wasn't and came across rude.

Me and my girls came for dinner, we visited from out of town. It was so fun! The music was good, the DJ is very better than an average club in Miami. everyone was dancing, an interactive dinner! You can also request quiet tables if that is what you prefer.

This was the worst place I have ever been! The service was so bad, we went for my best friends birthday. We got over charged for so much and when we told the manager he was so rude. We literally ate and the drinks still hadn't came, we asked to cancel them because we wanted to just leave out of there. The food was sooo overpriced and not good at all.

Came here for a birthday event and was looking forward to the experience based on the reviews.

Coming in before the “party” started it was beautiful. We had ordered some drinks but were told that it would be a while since the bartenders were backed up. Assuming they meant it would come during our meal we went ahead and ordered it. Big mistake, we never ended up getting our drinks until we asked to just cancel them when we got our bill cause they never came. At that point it just felt that they sent it over just to show that they gave it.

The service was less than subpar. The servers barely came by and everyone got their dishes at different times, including one of my party guests receiving it as we requested our bill. Same with being given wrong dishes even when the server wrote it down.

Ordered the signature dish: castelmagno and the parmigiana. We never received the parmigiana however my castelmagno was amazing. They gave us the Zucchini blossons instead telling us it was what we ordered.

When asked the server about our drinks he said he didn’t know and that he’s been drinking all night already, the music became louder as the night went on and everyone was just drinking water and waiting for their correct dishes, when we got our bill the server yelled at my friend when she told him to take the drinks off the bill since we never received them.

The servers were unprofessional and drinking on the job, and more focused on partying than getting our orders through and honestly don’t think I would come back again.

Wish it was a better experience.

The resturant was beautiful and the food was pretty good. Our waitress Thaiz was so sweet and provided excellent service.

Our New Year’s Eve experience at Bagatelle was shockingly bad and completely unacceptable.

We made a same-day reservation via Resy for 8 people, received both email and text confirmation, and arrived on time for our NYE dinner. Upon arrival, we were abruptly told that our reservation had been “cancelled” and that there was no room for us—despite our confirmed booking.

What made the situation exponentially worse was the manager’s behavior. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or even speaking to us respectfully, he became hostile and screamed at our group, repeatedly saying he “didn’t have food for us” and that it was “not his problem.” There was no apology, no explanation, and absolutely no effort to help—just outright aggression and dismissal.

Our group has traveled extensively and dined at top restaurants all over the world. Mistakes happen in hospitality, especially on a busy night like NYE—but how they are handled is everything. This was, without question, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, purely due to the staff’s behavior and lack of professionalism.

For a restaurant that markets itself as upscale and world-class, this level of service is inexcusable. I would strongly caution anyone considering Bagatelle for an important night or special occasion.

The venue is relatively small, but the atmosphere is vibrant and stylish. The staff tends to rush guests a bit when ordering food and drinks, likely to encourage quicker turnover. Still, it’s an enjoyable experience and worth trying at least once. A reservation is recommended to avoid waiting.

service was slow and rude. Overpriced and food was mid. The drinks were very sweet. Overall I would not go back after spending $80 a person for bad food and drinks.

Not the Bagatelle of the past, now just more smoke and mirrors.

Bagatelle Miami is hands down the best! The food was absolutely incredible—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance is unmatched, with a lively, stylish vibe that makes the whole experience unforgettable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so well taken care of. Add in the amazing music that keeps the energy high, and you have the perfect dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Awful food, choked on the bones of the fish, steak was not edible, prices absurd. Made us leave the table after 2 hours even though the food had just come out. Truly the worst experience I have had in all Miami. Stay far away.

The DJ was awesome, and the dancers were hilarious. A really good time.

The place definitely has potential. The food was good. The service was better. Looks like they are trying to recapture what was in NYC. That could never be. Get rid of the dancers. They cant dance. Beautiful place use it. Music was great!!

Expensive, as expected. But so then would be the quality & service. Neither matched the price. The hostess was edgy/mouthy scaling into rude. Appetizers were not sequenced as requested. And, the hot appetizer showed up warm. For the main course, fillet at table side took too long, again turning hot to warm, was a bit messy in presentation & left some larger bones. Did not stay for desert. Not a repeat experience.
