5 star review because it’s a kosher Jewish restaurant. A note to staff if someone pays an $8 bagel and they ask for more cream cheese. A little extra cream cheese is not gonna change much. Just add it and make the customers happy

Tried this place since it was close to my hotel, but the egg on the bagel tasted really bad. Couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away. Disappointing.

They need help in the dining room and kitchen. Place is understaffed. They are kind people. but too many customers were getting up and walking out on a Sunday morning because nobody was attending them when they sat down. Customers also were frustrated at the cashier as the cashier was also doing expo at the kitchen window.

I had average hopes for this place. First, it was extremely hot in there and when i asked them politely if they minded turning the ac on they started giving me unexpected attitude. I assumed the employee was having a bad day so i continued to be kind and patiently waited for my food that i had ordered. They got my order wrong 2 times and brought my drink after i was finished with my meal not ONLY this but my husbands food came 20 minutes after mines mind you i was finished with my food I'm honestly super disappointed already but continued to be super kind. When i went to pay i didn't want to tip and the manager literally asks me how i had the audacity to not tip this place. Very selfish place, i'm not from israel myself and honestly i expected better and this is just straight up disrespect and unnecessary behavior when i clearly didn't do anything wrong. They also tried to charge me for the drink that was clearly very late when i told the person i didn't want it anymore. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody no matter what. Everything was horrible honestly i never felt worse and uncomfortable like this in my life. I looked at the other reviews and all are terrible well deserved this place should shut down. DO NOT COME!!

First when come in here I see flags on the wall and for a business am ncoming here to eat cause am hungry not to be looking at hateful messages or stand with a brand that shows or those hateful things that RLLY gave me a turn off so I go in the restaurant it smelled horrible .So I ordered the fries that was the only normal looking thingy on the menu everything was looking bad and dry and tell me why I get the fries there is hair on the fries and it’s cold like what and on top of that the lady was so rude I told her and she told me I alr touched them so I can’t take them pmo. I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE THE SERVICE,ATOMSPHERE,AND FOOD WAS BAD ‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️‼️🚨‼️🚨
