Ice cream was fresh but the lady working was very unfriendly, would not give me even one sample, and would not combine 2 flavors in a single.
Also did not have mint chocolate chip - so much for 31 flavors…

We went to go to Baskin robins. It was 7:40pm, suppose to close at 8 but the ladies working the shop were literally leaving out the door. Walked 35 minutes to arrive the opposite way of every other ice cream shop. Very disappointed. If you say closing at 8, maybe close at 8 GRRRR

We were really looking forward to treating our 9-year-old to some ice cream, and he was especially excited to place the order himself. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The line was quite long, and when it was finally our turn, the employee who helped us came across as impatient and dismissive—particularly toward our son, who was simply asking a few questions about the flavors. He left feeling sad and discouraged, which was really disheartening after how excited he had been. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other families in the future.

When I got to the place there was no one to attend. 20 minutes later, an employee, going by the name of Claudia, also with a bad attitude, came from the back as if she was taking a nap. I asked her to try the coffee, and she said told me it was not possible. When I asked her for the manager, she said she wouldn't call the manager. She pulled a camera a d start taking pictures. She rudely left the counter and went back to the back to take a nap.
