Should have read the reviews, showed up well before they should’ve been closing and they had started closing procedures at least 30 minutes before I showed up. It’s like they never want to be open, or work you decide.

On 02/03/2023 we arrived at 715pm to get ice cream. Store was scheduled to close at 8pm. Two younger male employees told us we couldn't buy ice cream because they needed to be cleaned up by 8pm. We walked 8 blocks to get here. My 4 and 6 year olds were devastated. All we wanted was two one scoop cones. The one male employee told us his supervisor was aware they weren't serving ice cream after 7pm

I’m still outside it is 7:40 pm. On google says it closes at 8pm. You should change your hr on the web. The lady inside told me it’s closed already

There was a promotion for a free medium iced coffee. I ordered many items and 2 medium iced coffees. Then I saw both were charged. I asked and the manager first said one is free and then when I showed both were charged she said I should’ve mentioned when I was ordering. Refuse to give money back. She was very rude, unprofessional, didn’t care. Will never visit this store again.
