We love this resort. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional. Great location at the beach and we enjoy the lounge chairs on the beach that are included with your stay. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Amenities include a gym and several spas which are wonderful. As Hilton Platinum members it's nice to get away for the weekend and have such a wonderful place to enjoy. Orlando, the doorman, is great. Orlando is very helpful and welcoming. The in-house restaurant, Santorini's, is a real treat and we really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. If staying on Miami Beach there's no better choice than here. This trip we had the chance to meet the Front Office Director, Michael, who he and his staff are wonderful.

As a Hilton Diamond Member me and my family had a wonderful experience for my mother’s birthday celebration. Dordije, Ramsy, Lorenzo, and specially Danny from the Greek restaurant made our night super special. Danny’s customer service was super amazing they made me and my family feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend coming to this hotel very good experience. Also the hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Frankie, Orlando and the other hotel bellboy (i forgot his name) were also super helpful and attentive.

The beach club was empty, with very few chairs and many of them free. Despite paying $120 for two chairs and $60 for parking, when we arrived they gave us chairs all the way back. They didn't want to provide more chairs or give us the ones in front. The person serving now was unfriendly. I miss the service before at this club, they were super friendly
