After making Big Pink a mandatory stop on my annual Miami trip for years, I am genuinely saddened to report a severe, all-around deterioration. The once-reliable comfort food is now poor quality and bad value, served lukewarm and clearly lacking the care of the past. The service has become equally disappointing, characterized by grumpy servers who made the dining experience feel like an imposition. Most concerning is the noticeable lack of cleanliness; the restaurant felt worn, sticky, and poorly maintained, which ruined the atmosphere entirely. What was once a beloved Miami institution is now an overpriced, unclean, and poorly managed tourist trap, and I can no longer recommend it. Manager needs to improve her attitude... Unpleasant and angry looking. Rosa the host is VERY pleasant and was the only positive thing. They serve the cheap Kimbo Expresso... Terrible cappuccino. Pancakes tasted so fake, from a poor boxed brand. Food didn't taste good at all. Homefries were deep fried, why?
Great food. Couldn't fault it or the service. 😀 we had eggs benedict hash henny's, and French toast. Quality and quantity a1
Went with husband and some friends for my husbands birthday weekend celebration! We have been many times and the food is always on point when we visit Miami. They give you a lot of food for your money but still a little pricey for breakfast/ brunch.
Food here was pretty good but a couple things were a bit off. First, they list shoestring fries with the smash burgers and that's not true. Second we asked if they have sweet tea, they said yes in a bottle. Wrong, that's lemon ice tea. Third, they add a 18% gratuity to a party of three. Seems like they're trying to double dip on a tip when they don't mention that. Wouldn't recommend. I've had better food on Miami beach.

The place is simple and clean. The service is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. The food overall is great, but the Burgers and Sandwiches are absolutely outstanding — truly a must-try in Miami Beach. Congratulations!

Food was mediocre, service was terrible which is understandable why would someone try to make an effort if 18% gratuity is included in the price anyway?

Pizza was really good! Haven’t tried anything else. A bit loud from kitchen as there are no doors (not a great spot if you are with a baby)

A wonderful lunch with business partners prior to our meetings. We arrived a bit after 1pm when the lunch break was over for most, service was good, our server was helpful and friendly. Everything arrived quickly. I had the tuna melt which was delicious, the fries are a meal unto themselves. Our host ordered milkshakes for the table which were far more than I wanted. Others had the hamburger which was ample, the chicken sandwich, or a salad. All good was fresh and delicious. Great lunch.
Popped in here passing by on a walk from the beach and from the outside it looked empty but when I opened the door it was packed. The portions were huge. We had drinks and ended up having a pizza between u that was delicious. Also one of the nicest Cosmopolitans I have had. Well worth a visit. Tracy ☘️
