I thought the sushi was delicious! I got the blue crab and shrimp tempura and they were both really good. I’m actually craving the blue crab and avocado one right now!
Excellent cut and beard trim!
Bossio is the Picasso of hair extraordinaire!
Milica and Julian took exceptional care of my wife and I. The sushi was excellent and our experience was great.
Despite its location this restaurant was awful. The server didn’t really want to be there and was rather miserable. One of my children didn’t even get their main food until after we had all finished eating and then when it did arrive only half of her meal was there. Instead they brought her a dessert as a starter - a very off choice! When I pointed that out it was met with a sigh. Our drinks didn’t arrive until mid way through the meal and quite frankly the sushi was ok but not the best I’ve ever had, yet it cost an arm and a leg with no offer of a reduction despite my daughter food being late arriving. I also had bones in the salmon sashimi which is highly unusual. I don’t recommend and won’t be going back. As it was our first night it didn’t really give me the best impression of the hotel.
The atmosphere, the meal fresh and exquisite, service amazing, Terence, Julian, Stefany, and rhe rest of the staff are amazing...5 🌟
Beautiful, calm, and quiet restaurant with friendly service. The menu is limited to sushi items only (rolls, nigiri, sashimi). I recommend the rolls for the value. The fish and the rolls are very good, not spectacular. They are served simply with soy sauce only. No additional sauces or tempura flakes. I got raw rolls only (and edamame). Overall I recommend for a tasty, relaxing dinner when staying at the hotel.
The food was good. Service was slow. They did bring a free saki for the wait... tip is automatically added as a service charge. Glad I noticed that otherwise I would have tipped 40%!
Haphazard service.. over an hour wait for food... sushi quality was so poor I had to send back my dish. What I sent back got returned to me to finish.
It was a special occasion and the experience was not good. Food was very delayed, it took over an hour and when it finally arrived it was barely fair, good portions but nothing was really good. Service was fine, the girl who took care of us tried to make up for the delayed food which was not her fault and we appreciate it. Music was too loud. Overall, not a good experience
What a disappointment. We were staying at the Fountainebleau and made a reservation here expecting it to live up to the rest of the hotel. Our meal took close to two hours to be served-at least 30 minutes for edamame and an hour for the miso soup. The last item to arrive at our table was what we ordered as an appetizer. What was delivered to our table was grocery store quality sushi. We ordered two rounds of drinks, 4 rolls, edamame, crudo and one miso soup and it was $600. Our server was very nice and worked hard, but this meal fell way below expectations for the price and the location. Would never go back or recommend.

Great experience. Went on Valentine's Day and the service was slightly slow, but they offered us free drinks on the house which more than made up for it. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Underwhelming experience despite the seemingly attractive and promising ambiance.
The tasteless miso soup missed the mark by 90%, it looked very beautiful and appetizing until you try it. Both rolls - the blade and the salmon were not tasty. Very bland. The rice is not authentically prepared with vinegar that gives it distinctive taste not the distinctive was chosen.
There are no other sushi restaurants within walking distance so it had to do but would not return again. The sashimi with salmon were off and not tasty, again big contribution from the wrong rice/method of preparation. I wouldn’t recommend this place rather than head to any other restaurants on the property. I had good experience there.
Blade sushi is absolutely delicious, and I consider myself a sushi connoisseur! I’ve tried sushi all over the country and Blade sushi is one of my top 5! Their sushi rolls are big, with fresh tasting fish. Their tuna rolls, spicy tuna rolls and salmon rolls were phenomenal. They have a lot of tuna in the middle, which is how I like my sushi rolls!! During a week stay at Fontainebleau I ate here every day at least once! Highly recommend!
Blade in Miami is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while! From the moment we walked in, I was immediately impressed by how stylish and photogenic the restaurant is. The atmosphere is vibrant, modern, and perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. It’s not just a place to eat; it’s an experience, with every corner looking perfect for photos.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely incredible! Blade serves some of the best sushi I've ever had. Each dish is beautifully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with flavor. My personal favorite was the spicy tuna—it was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and the tuna was incredibly fresh. I couldn’t get enough of it!
I also have to mention the seaweed salad, which was out of this world. It was light, refreshing, and packed with flavor, making it the perfect starter to balance out the richness of the sushi. Every bite was so satisfying!
Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or someone looking to try something new, blade is the place to be. The combination of top-tier food, a chic ambiance, and excellent service makes this spot in Miami a must-visit. Highly recommend it to anyone craving amazing sushi and a great dining experience!
