Not sure why this place has a 2.9! America was our server and she made our experience so awesome!! All the staff are so welcoming and attentive. Got edamame, miso soup, and ebi tempura roll. Food came out so quick, and as someone who loves sushi it was a great dinner. Would recommend to anyone. If you go, show America some love!!!!

Firat time staying there and we really, really enjoyed it. We stayed in the Versailles tower and appreciated the quiet. That is, happy to be in the swing of things during the day but happy to ‘escape' afterwards.

I was here Friday night with a reservation. I'm staying at the hotel. I sat down at 730pm and after 15 minutes I got up to ask for the manager. No one came over to ask me if I wanted water a menu nothing. The manager apologized and comped my drink. The waiter came by and told me he didn't know I was his table but the whole experience turned me off. The sushi was just ok I'm from nyc and chicago and I had much better. I won't be retuning. The manager did try to make it right but this whole experience turned me off.

Had the sushi, which was not bad, but not remarkable either. Ordered a glass of pinot grigio and a glass of chardonnay, but received two glasses of chardonnay (they removed it from the bill afterwards). The tuna appetizer was very good and unique.
Worst service ever... took 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order, another 10 minutes for the waiter to return and ask for drinks order... food was just ok, nothing special.
Best sushi experience of my life! Be sure to ask for Terrence although considering the customer service here they’re probably all wonderful! I had a shrimp roll and a salmon roll with sake and it was perfect. Perfect size pieces, and perfectly delicious. Treat yourself!

All I can say is WOW! Every single thing we tasted tonight was truly an experience. It was incredibly fresh and have never tasted anything like this before. My husband and I are big sushi fans and on our first night of our honeymoon decided to get sushi while staying at the Fountainbleau hotel. We are so glad we did because not only was the food 100/10, our server and the manager were so kind and incredible. These chefs are the real deal. Whether you are staying at this hotel or not, definitely a must to eat here! We also arrived 30 mins early for our reservation and they were so kind and accommodating. Coming back here before we leave our honeymoon!
One of the best dining experiences ever! My wife and I (just married Sunday) arrived and the same night we visited Blade. The food, the atmosphere, the people were amazing. Thinking we would just have a chill and relaxing night in our room, we ended up sitting in the restaurant conversing with each other and the staff pretty much the whole night. The food was incredible and our server America was awesome! We even got a visit from the manager Peyton, have already discussed flying back every year! It was an experience, hats off to everyone putting so much passion and love into this place! Only putting $100+ because we couldn’t stop ordering more, best sushi I have ever had in my life! Ended the night with a desert called yuzulotus for all the key lime pie lovers.

I asked the host to seat me in a quieter location for a business meeting. She reluctantly seat me in a spot next to two full tables. The two tables started getting louder and louder. I was having proper serious business conversation. I looked around and clearly half the restaurant has seats in quieter spot.
