Holes in bath towels, stained and nasty, room service left outside of rooms with half eaten food piled on it smelling up the halls, feces on elevator floor for more than 8 hours, elevators not working, ice machines on multiple floors not working so the ones that were stayed depleted, blood on lobby toilet, rude staff, overran by selling timeshares and hosting conventions. They do not care about the guests paying the luxury price. Room at check-in was so nasty I had to demand to be moved to another room. Food crumbs everywhere, dirty shower, grime all over glass, hair on sink, just nasty. I have photos of all. Will never stay again.
Your front desk person after 10 years working there couldn’t differentiate or define the words: balance, credit, and charge. It was shocking. The lack of professionalism and attempt at erroneous charges was despicable. You all should be ashamed.
I will never come back nor recommend your hotel. I have ZERO desire to return to Miami Beach - thanks to you all - your business and staff.

I stayed at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach for 1 week for a holiday by the beach. On arrival the check in desk reception staff were not friendly at all… they didn’t even smile once and didn’t take any time to explain the hotel or its facilities or schedules which is a shame as we missed out on a lot of things. They were straight to getting us to pay an immediate $1000+ deposit for our room however… wasn’t the best welcome to the hotel it almost felt like whilst we were there they were only interested in taking our money than offering a good service. You do not get what you pay for in any aspect.
The room was comfortable but the cleanliness wasn’t the best. Behind the furniture there was rubbish and dirt and also the bathroom tiles were dirty. The headboard by the bed has someone else’s earplugs still on it. The bayviews were nice from the room.
Another thing that disappointed is the price of all the food and drinks at the hotel. I understand it’s a luxury hotel but the food and drinks were far from that and it just felt that we were wasting our money there so we went out to eat most nights. I would recommend you go and eat or drink elsewhere and stay away from the hotel.
I Wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with children as it’s just not the place for families… it’s more for young wealthy clients looking to party by the beach. There was a lot of loud music and only a small family/ children pool and I didn’t see any kids clubs.
Overall conclusion is the hotel is best for a weekend getaway but not for a long holiday. I would say seek out a smaller hotel with more welcoming staff and a better atmosphere! I personally wouldn’t stay again it didn’t feel special at all nobody did anything to make our stay special.

This hotel was beautiful and HUGE! Everything was right there so no need for a car! My birthday weekend was awesome!
The only downside was no refrigerators in the rooms and the hallways and common areas were really cold.
But as for everything else it was a great stay!!

Shiek hotel, restraint and bar. I was just out wondering and came across this place. Looked like a really nice place to hang out close to the beach. Dress up a bit and come with friends.
Beautiful place but drinks are way too expensive and there is always a service charge added...

The elevators do not work! We were not told this upon arrival. We were on the 33 floor 😩 Our tower was Tresor, DO NOT stay in that tower there!
