Quality of food has degraded. Food used to be amazing but now, especially after the most recent revision of menu, food has become very conventional, with lower taste, without much flexibility to modify, no build-your-own but higher prices.

I like this place for burritos, not for tacos. What prompted me to write this review is that now you have to order via kiosk. Let the customer touch greasy and unhygienic screen. What if you if the card reader doesn’t work? What if you want modifications? You can request, but what if there is an up charge?
More importantly if you want to ask to get tour tortillas heated up? Why? Because this place thinks they can just serve you stale unheated tortillas.
You know why people love quesabirrias? Because they smeared the tortilla with oil, consume, seasoning from the meat/ toppings and heat up the tortilla until is nice and warm, even slightly crispy.
Hopefully management sees my review so they can get better tortillas or at the very least heat them up properly. Or even better heat them up with a little flavoring as I mentioned above. This simple missed step in heating up tortillas is why people say Miami doesn’t have good Mexican food.

I’d been coming to Bodega since they first opened. And how good it used to be compared to how bad this recent trip was was so surprising I’m actually writing a review. They used to have the best hongos tacos and chips and queso. I went recently and their only vegetarian taco options come in a chewy greasy taco shell. It’s so heavy, oily, and off-putting that I couldn’t eat them, and I never waste food. Also, for some reason now the tortilla chips are really thick, and just too heavy. They really messed with a good thing! I hope they will get rid of these nasty chewy grease tacos, as for now I won’t be going back anymore.

Mandatory stop in Miami Beach for lunch or dinner. Pure Mexican taqueria style. At the back there is a nightclub although when we visited there wasn't much of an atmosphere so we didn't stay.
We had to go back a second time even though our time in Miami was limited. The Barriadilla is heaven! The Apricot Blood Orange Marg was awesome as well.

The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor especially shrimp taco ?
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere was amazing, and the whole place had a great vibe.
Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a fantastic meal and a good time! ?

This place used to be really unique and awesome but recently they have changed their menu and added those order yourself kiosk. Now it’s just an expensive, Taco Bell. It used to have a good atmosphere but now I just looks like generic food serve yourself joint. I hope the owners Realize they really jumped the shark when they put these kiosk in. They had something really good, but no more. I heard one customer say if I wanted this I would just go to lime, I’ll never come back. It’s sad to see this happen to this place. South Beach doesn’t have many good places left and we just lost another one to the franchise zone.
