Terrible service, the young man who served us when we complained about his poor service told us that if we wanted better service we should go to a restaurant!!! OMG!!!!
They didn't want to serve us and the hamburgers were very salty, I wouldn't be surprised if they did it on purpose.

Terrible service, no one wanted to serve us, and finally when they served us they did so very reluctantly, a girl who we tried to ask if she could serve us turned away and left us talking alone

Of the branches there is, it is the dirtiest, the service is very bad, it seems that they want you not to return, it is disgusting to eat there, the tables are dirty, full of homeless people, and fundamentally very bad service from the staff.

I tried to place an order on the screen today at 19:35 and a guy came to me starting to add more item's on the screen for him while he was commanding me to buy him food even though I said no 2 time's, I ended up leaving without taking nothing this time since I tried to reach for an employee but nobody was in the front that moment or around pretty scaryexperience... thanks for taking care of my budget and my health though...
I ordered the impossible whopper but found it was undercooked. The bun’s especially under toasted. Otherwise service was good.

*** BUYER BEWARE UNETHICAL PRACTICES ***
For New Years Eve, I stopped to grab a meal taking a break from Share Ride Driving around 9:16 PM. My attempts to order ahead in my BK account via my mobile web browser was being hampered by someone actively countering my efforts blocking internet access on my phone & actively manipulating the web browser denying my use of the ordering capability thereby lengthening the process to order. I eventually had to use the restaurant kiosk, however, it never printed out a receipt as it was out of paper. And no one behind the counter was answering my calls to get the receipt. Many of the employees were all the way in the back of the kitchen area by the door appearing to socialize while one person was busy putting together meals. When I finally spoke up louder, everyone else came back to work. The first person I asked for help ignored my request to get a print out of my receipt. And when I asked the young lady who was clearly not a supervisor, she printed it out and slammed it on the counter with traces of disgust towards me. I never took out my frustration on anyone and took the extra to be exceedingly polite. The actions, behavior, & disruptions I encountered is something I have been experiencing at different area businesses and comports with that of staff coordinating their actions with those who have hacked my cell phone on an ongoing basis to affect me by delivering a subpar experience in order to advance their aim of engaging in covert manipulation towards me. If this is true as I believe, then these folks are swaying into a very personal matter, taking sides, & thumbing the scales in favor of the other individual who is engaging in aggravated stalking and harassing me everywhere I go. These folks appear to have lost their way and may Not appreciate how they're opening up their firm to liability & themselves to potential criminal charges. I call on the senior management to conduct an investigation and take corrective action before things get any further out of hand. This isn't the first time an area Burger King engaged in some version of this harassing action against me. And, it appears the folks behind the infiltration are on a tear to bring down anyone else in the commission of their criminal enterprise.
Kid-friendliness: If they're engaging in harassment, they're creating a hostile environment that could escalate out of control.

Dirty tables, dirty chairs. When you walk you get stuck to the floor. The refill machine, all tastes are similar. Sparkling water and coloring.

I always come to this burger king and always enjoy getting food there, the service and the food are good and the staff is friendly especially the manager at night by the name of constanza she is always nice and polite.

THERE WAS AN ISSUE IN THE KITCHEN AND THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER BUT THE MANAGER ARMANDO DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND OFFER ME SOME COMPLIMENTARY THINGS. It is not about complimentary meal, but about the professionalism of the manager Armando! Thanks!
