Had me wonder how the Burger King employee who just walked into the stalled and who has apparently been summoned by Jesus is going to disinfect and wash his hands. I tried calling the store to let them know but the phone number listed says it's not in service. Just gross

Horrible experience. They took forever to give us the order when the place was empty to order, they gave us the wrong order, we complained and they delayed returning (they made us eat the food cold) then the workers began to arrange the chairs by banging hard against the tables, drawing attention of the customers who were still left and they approached us to say that the place was about to close so we could leave and we were still there because of them. The attention… disastrous. Never go. The ambient temperature was very cold.
We found this location to be a clean and inviting place to have lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is like most any other Burger King. My wife really likes the Chicken Wrap, and I like the Whopper Combo. A criticism of BK in general, not this location; I yearn for the old days when burgers were hot off the broiler instead of luke warm from a bin. All in all, a good place for an affordable meal in South Beach; some other reviews are too harsh imho.

I was in this place waiting for more than 20 minutes for my order which was never delivered because they had given it to someone else. When I went to the counter to complain they told me that they had already given it to someone else.

It's a BK on South Beach... don't set your expectations too high and you'll be fine. I hit the drive thru often to get double cheeseburgers for the kids when we don't want to cook. The few times I've gone in the dining area it's always interesting for people watching. The drive thru is fast and mostly consistent with the orders so, I can't complain really. I do wish this were a Wendy's or a Chick-fil-A in this location though.
