I haven’t been to a fast food place in years but stopped at this Burger King the another day on my way home because I was superrrrr hungry and to find out the rodeo burger is back or still a thing (1998) was amazing 💪 But that wasn’t the best part of my visit! The pleasant voiceover the drive thru speaker! I was so shocked she seemed so happy 😂 I got to the window she was so nice which is almost unheard of in a lot of fast food establishments! I believe her name is Mary!!! She definitely needs a raise or a paid day off!!

This is the absolute bottom of the barrel as far as burger king, the female manager is rude, the boy behind counter is rude, fries were cold and soggy, jalapeno bites were hard as rocks, the whopper was raw , and when they remade it, it was even worse the second time, I will never step foot in that crap- hole again, I'll keep going to South Beach burger king.

Very bad service I’m a manager at Burger King came down to Miami, passed by this location had me waiting 45 min. Just for me to get to the window and have Ashley tell me her computer at the window was down that I have to get out of my car go inside and pay there. All because she did not want to walk from the counter to the computer this is outrageous. Very bad service and I’ll be contacting corporate soon. Ashley needs to be let go.
Don't bother ordering from here during lunch time. They're understaffed and it's a nightmare trying to get someone's attention because of how overwhelmed they are. They staff are great once you get their attention but youbwould have better odds at trying to win the lottery.
