Very bad service I’m a manager at Burger King came down to Miami, passed by this location had me waiting 45 min. Just for me to get to the window and have Ashley tell me her computer at the window was down that I have to get out of my car go inside and pay there. All because she did not want to walk from the counter to the computer this is outrageous. Very bad service and I’ll be contacting corporate soon. Ashley needs to be let go.

Don't bother ordering from here during lunch time. They're understaffed and it's a nightmare trying to get someone's attention because of how overwhelmed they are. They staff are great once you get their attention but youbwould have better odds at trying to win the lottery.

I always rate good 5th st B.King..but Security guard sucks..useless..I spoke with lady Manager and she was very receptive. But that non English speaking guard should be fired ( by the way, I'm hispanic)

My only problem is that it's quite close to a school and the kids don't behave accordingly. I would like to eat more often there, but rather eat at a place quieter. Too many kids there and some not even buying anything and just hanging out.

My daughter goes to school nearby, and she love getting a vanilla cone here. It’s been a month since the machine stopped working, and every week we’re told it will be fixed the next week. So, we come by after school, only to find that it still doesn’t work, the machine isn’t there, they say they’re going to fix it, but they never do.

You can dine outside with a tables and seats, with big umbrellas.
