This place has really gone downhill. The burgers were small, hard and dry patties with old wilted lettuce. The fries were soggy, burnt and super greasy cooked in old oil. Really disappointed. It'll be years if ever that I buy a meal here again.

Hello we have already gave feedback on burgerfi and did a contact form twice and still didn't get back any email or a call back. I called this burgerfi the night we ordered delivery from them on June 29th under my husband Jesus Cortez to the hotel to try and let them know we were missing the cheese sauce we paid extra for when door dash delivered who didn't care he just said they forgot to put in the bag no one answers the phone the day after I called still no answer then I called again still nothing. We live in San Antonio TX and there is no burgerfi here anymore so we just want our money back plus why was the tax estimated and we got charged 7.69% when tax is 7% there. If we don't get a response to resolve I'm doing a charge back with bank.

The food is delicious, fresh, and has a great portion size, plus it's affordable for South Beach! Service from Jermain was exceptional, he's warm, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. Can't wait to return. We will be trying the burger and shakes next!

Food was great! I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and my wife got the chef burger. The cashier who took our order was super friendly and explained the best option on the menu. It could have been a tad bit cleaner. But that’s just not picking. I recommend trying BurgerFi!
