Order was wrong in two different ways, leaving me uunable to enjoy my meal. It was 20$ for a burger and fries and not only was it wrong, but the fries were cold and stale. We had already walked home before checking, I guess that's our fault. I tried calling to ask if the correct order could be delivered, but everytime the call went through the line would disconnect. I know they struggled and closed a lot of locations, but this was the most run down and dirty location I've ever been to, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. You can see where it says no cheese and has cheese on it, you can also see the upcharge for urban style, which would have green parsley flakes and garlic aoili, but there's only parm.

If you are looking for overcooked brick of a burger that's dry this is the place. The fry's are stale and they forget half your order. The only good thing here is the truffle sauce. And that comes pre made for them. I ordered from here 2 times this month since they are open late and i uber eat'ed. First time they forgot half my order. Burger was overcooked and dry. Second time i got the correct order but the burgers are dry overcooked to a chalk consistency.

Wow wow WOW. I scoped this place out when first arriving at Surfside and I'm glad I did not pass it up as my last dinner. I ordered online so I didn't get the full effect but my order was delivered faster than anticipated and the food was SO good. Ordering online was easy, they use their own delivery drivers (great for me because I don't subscribe to delivery services). I had the CEO and the SWAG burgers. The CEO was my favorite of sweet and savory persuasion, the SWAG was an impulse try and as someone who doesn't really eat spicy food, it wasn't really my thing BUT as someone with beef sensitivity I had no problems digesting (TMI I know) 🤣 I would love to see this restaurant all over, their burgers are fantastic!

I just placed an order through Uber Eats at this restaurant at 1:45 AM. My boyfriend went to pick it up and the manager and the cashier made a scene, they thought he was going to rob them when we had already paid for the order on Uber Eats. They rudely shouted at him asking why he was placing an order at this time. That is not their problem, it is ours, and they treated him like a real criminal. Even though he was clearly showing the order we had made, the people working there this Monday at 1 AM are the rudest people I’ve ever met. I will never eat from this restaurant again, what a shame. The food itself is not bad, but the staff working there is so unpleasant it makes everything else taste disgusting.
One of the best burgers I have had. Fries and onion rings were good as well. Counter service was fast and efficient. The only bad thing was the tables were not clean and the garbage cans were filled to capasity. More attention needs to be paid to neatness and cleaning.
