Their operating hours is wrong. They close at 11 PM not 3:30 AM. Again 02/02/26 - got here at 11 PM doors locked, employee said they were closed. The hours are NOT accurate

Nobody seemed to be working the front. Ordering was kiosk only.

Menu said they had impossible burger, but that wasn't true.... For vegetarians, just the quinoa one. But it was good.

I am very disappointed at the lack of personnel in order to maintain the restaurant. The one bathroom is out of order, the order is disgusting.
The fountain drink machine is out of 90% of the products.
The bacon and french fries were under cooked

This place went downhill a lot time ago. Service is so slow. You have to order from an iPad which is a bad experience. No one working the kiosks to help you get cups, ketchup (dispenser often empty). Always messy throughout. Under staffed so service and cleanliness suffer really bad. This happens every time.

Recommend only eating here if you ordered online about 45 mins in advance.

Walked-in and ordered a double burger and trufle fries. Fries was cold. Was disappointed because the restaurant wasn't busy to not have fresh fries. My total order was $29.22.

It was a terrible experience.
I understand today is Thanksgiving, and the staff might be tired or upset because they have to work while everyone else is off, but this is not how the service industry should operate.

I placed a pickup order for donuts and a hamburger. I drove almost an hour round trip, and when I got home, I was shocked. The donuts were completely hollow on the inside with just a few pieces of fruit thrown on top—nothing like what I ordered. The hamburger buns were extremely stale. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews because I respect everyone’s hard work, but I haven’t felt this disrespected as a customer in a long time. It was simply horrible.

The staff was polite, so this is not about them. The issue is the lack of supervision. Either pay your employees better so they’re motivated, or put a manager in place to oversee operations.

The burgers are amazing, but the staff are extremely rude, especially Darly Martinez. I did not know how to put in the order correctly and nobody was there to give me guidance. She stood at the end of the counter, watching me try to struggle to figure it out and did not offer any help yet two seconds later another lady came to order her food and in Spanish she gladly helped her And then when the food came, she gave the lady hers and I was still waiting there for another 10 to 15 minutes ( even though I was there before that woman and my order was put in before hers)
she had my food the entire time but when I asked for it. She said “wait Lady “ and proceeded to be extremely rude. I asked for the manager. They ignored me - I got frustrated and asked why she was ignoring me me and she started to yell at me. Her coworker calmed her down then she put my burger in a bag and basically threw it at me.This is unacceptable behavior- I order from there all the time- not any more - no one answers the phone to receive complaints

Came in, went to order and the first question was if I was paying with cash? I learned that if paying cash a human takes your. If paying with cc then you place your own order on the screen!
Place needs better hygiene all around.

We ordered out. Not even half the food arrived. The delivery drivers phone number was fake, we called the location and no one could speak English or any other language apparently. They "no understand" multiple languages.
