We had a great time great ambience and we showed up with a party at six. They moved the tables around so we can fit. They really had outstanding service and good food.

Ailen helped me, I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich, bacon, I changed the chicken for the meat, until then everything was normal “good”. When they delivered it to me it had a VERY minimal piece of avocado! A literal bite! I asked them if they could add more, and pay extra (for something that was included in the sandwich) but well "apparently he wanted more avocado", a question that he started to argue with me about the amount and the whole speech and I told him I'm going to pay the extra!, zero tact and zero customer service! I don't recommend sitting at the outside tables, there are too many rats!

Burgers & Shakes is an excellent spot for a delicious meal! The burgers are juicy, the shakes are creamy and indulgent, and the overall quality is top-notch. The only downside is that it’s on the pricier side, but if you’re willing to splurge a little, it’s definitely worth it for a treat!
