Good coffee and pastry, service slow and if don’t speak Spanish your order will be after people who does even if you order before them.

The coffee is great but I wish I could give negative rating for the service. I was there yesterday and to order eggs and coffee takes around 7-8 minutes. Later I was about to order another coffee and I left after five minutes because the lady and the cashier thought it is a good time to give her co-worker a lecture while there was a line of 5 people. Never so any place that disrespects its clients. I hope the owner will do something about it.

Street tables are exposed to the main traffic and in the sun in the afternoon. Tea was good not great yet the empanada was good.
Service was weird kinda but not bad just kinda a distant server.

Extremely pleased with this lil cafe. My husband and i were staying in a nearby hotel because of flight cancellations r/t to the snowstorm. I came here for a good breakfast and I got an amazing one. Caramel latte, empanada and freshly squeezed orange juice were all absolutely delicious!!!!

Always fresh different kinds of empanadas 🥟and one of the best chocolate croissants 🥐. Also, great Colombian coffee ☕️. Good amount of street parking 🅿️ outside. Overall 8.5 out of 10.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop in Miami Beach for a couple of years because the coffee is consistently very good, which is why I’ve remained a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the customer service experience with one particular staff member, Claudia, has been an ongoing issue. Her attitude has often felt dismissive, and today’s interaction was noticeably worse, especially considering the situation was not a complaint at all. I simply needed to borrow a pen for a couple of minutes.
What’s most concerning is that the lack of warmth and engagement seems consistent, which affects the overall atmosphere of the space. Another employee handled the same request kindly and without hesitation, showing this was not a matter of policy but of approach. In hospitality, attitude and kindness matter just as much as the product. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope it helps improve the experience for everyone.
