Café Avanti is a great local restaurant . Big portions, tasty food and good service. Value is also excellent. Highly recommended for a family night out. PS, would be nice if they sold some local/fun beer– like IPA, etc.
Excellent dinner with plenty of options for all diets. The specials were very good as well.
It's a great local's place. The food is delicious, service is professional and friendly, ambience is nice. Perfect place to meet longtime friends and have a quiet evening.
If you're in Miami (mid beach/South Beach area to be exact) this a must stop restaurant for tremendous and authentic Italian food. Salads are excellent as well as the pasta bolognese. Large sized portions as well. Service is superior every time we visit this restaurant too. Haven't had a bad dining experience yet!
The culinary offerings consistently exceed expectations, and the experience with both the waitstaff and management is invariably commendable.
Amazing family restaurant, Luis has been here for Bout 35 yrs. The nicest gentleman, along with his daughter's and sons who frequent thr restaurant make it even nicer to visit. Love going food is great 👍 perfect portions for everything

Went with a group of 11 and we sat in the main dining area. This is not the place for large groups because we had one server (Tudor) and he wasn’t able to provide proper service to us with all of the other tables he had. Seemed like a good place for a date night (based on what I was seeing at other tables). Unfortunately, we weren’t told that if we wanted lobster risotto we had to order it 45 minutes in advance until I ordered it, so I got the branzino. The time between apps being served and dinner was 40 minutes regardless so I ended up eating lots of bread between the cafe Avanti salad (I got it without cheese and really enjoyed it) and the branzino. Food was good, service was bad, not really a place I would recommend driving to but if you live in the area it’s worth popping by

Food was unbelievable. Best Italian I’ve had in a while. The food and sauce was delicious, staff was great. Only bad part is I don’t live around here to come back more often.

Cafe Avanti has been a Miami Beach staple for many years. It is a tried and true Italian restaurant that provides consistently good food at moderate prices.

This place was hands down one of the best authentic Italian restaurants I have visited! The wait staff was very attentive and pleasant! I travel often and eat Italian foods whenever in a new place and I will definitely travel back to Miami Beach just for this restaurant! The atmosphere is great for a date night as well!

ALWAYS EXCELLENT never misses a beat....and a classic with refinement....food, presentation, seasoned staff. Very “Upper East Side” where it would likewise be one of the best. Menu's beautiful selections are executed to perfection. Not to mention their dessert cart of Sumptuous pastries. And while it's not bougie, their Chicken Parmesan is magnificent and a reason to go in itself.
A lovely family run restaurant with real homemade recipes. Staff is attentive and welcoming.
We had a fantastic time at Cafe Avanti. The service was excellent, and the staff was really friendly. The menu has a lot of great choices, but the specials for the day is what I would recommend.
